The staff were super friendly and so helpful with any problems and information about restaurants, markets etc. The beach was minutes away through the back of the building. Only the underground car park was a little hard to negotiate

Location to the beach and general area was perfect, leave the car in their carpark and explore by foot. The room was good for our needs and way cheaper than a hotel in the area.

Nothing bad exactly, but the apartment could do with a little love and updating, lick of paint and a touch modernising would go a long way to solving this :) that said, it was clean and everything worked :) didn't like the twin beds, we pushed them together to make the double we thought we had requested.

Little too basic for us. We could have done with a tea towel and some small hand towels.

We booked a room with a kitchette with ocean view balcony for 7 nights from 22-29 November 2021 at a total price of EUR478 via Booking.com. After check-in, we realised the the room given to us was different from the pictures advertised on the website. Was told by the reception that the 2 types of rooms shown in the website are unavailable. We asked for a free upgrade to a better room but it was turned down. Our complaints are as follows: 1. Picture of the room advertised has 3 full length balcony glass panels whereas our room has only 2 glass panels. Another picture advertised has a small window in a corner next to the balcony. But our room has a dead wall with no window at all. 2. Balcony is in a bad state. The paint is falling off and there are cracks on the ceiling and mold growing on the walls. 3. WIFI speed was very slow and we had no connection for 2 days! 4. There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper in the toilet. The reception said that we had to buy our own toilet paper if we needed more but when we protested that toilet paper should be supplied free as stated in the website, she said ok we could approach them for toilet paper. We bought toilet paper from a shop the next day as we were tired of arguing!

Location is amazing .. sea view room Balcony looks right onto the Beach which is really beautiful Staff at reception very helpful . Room is compact and has everything you could possibly need . Great value for money ..

The sea view... The room is confortable for a couple. The city is small so everything was close from the apartment. The staff were very kind
