Access to the sea water. Pool. Staff. Food.

Quality of gym. Fairly long walk around the port from the ferry drop off. Although it takes you through the town which is nice.

the location is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and feel premium

although the hotel is beautiful its very disorganised and this unfortunately inpacted our stay. We ate and had drinks at the restaurant a few times and most times we ordered something was forgotten, either side dishes or drinks. the reception staff are a bit all over the place, I tried to book a massage on my first day (we stayed 3 nights) and they first booked for a day the spa is actually closed and then when I did get an appointment the receptionist took me to the wrong area to wait for my massage meaning I missed the treatment completely. the room also wasnt cleaned one day because it was missed. its a shame because the hotel was nice but the management seem to be a bit of a shambles. They also ignore emails, its been impossible to get a clear response from them before we travelled and after so if you do stay give yourself plenty of time to ask any questions that you need answering.

If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday in a peaceful location in Croatia, this is a very good choice. The hotel is comfortable, clean, the staff is wonderful and the food is very good. You can’t really go wrong staying here.

The half board menu isn’t particularly clear. Many of the choices available on the menu actually have to be paid for over and above the half board cost so it’s mostly only pastas and pizzas that are included. Food is good regardless!

If you do not have a car it is a 30 minute walk from Ferry port. Absolutely fine as a nice flat walk with a lot of wonderful views to look at

There were lots of free seating and sun beds and all of the positions overlooked the beautiful harbour. The staff were superb. Just enough attention to you but not over the top. No piped music ! Brilliant. Really peaceful location. Seeing the boats coming and going was very calming although they sometimes got into arguments with each other (which was weirdly funny and part of the fun of the holiday) Super clean and tidy.

Hard to find a fault. I guess the fact that there wasn't a boat crossing across the small water stretch from Hotel Milna to the opposite side to catch ferry ? The walk with suitcases is quite long in heat, and taxis can be ordered of course. But it's probably only 200m across the water for a boat service.
