The location, the friendliness of the staff, the food, the facilities ... everything.

Breakfast was okay, although it was in another location.

The shower was clogged, there was no way to adjust the water temperature, you had to choose between either boiling water or cold water. And the water smelled very bad. We had one of the worst showering experience ever.

The meals were quite tasty.

I was annoyed that the owner, Demeter Zsombor, found it difficult in helping me find the the restaurant which is located at a different street. This is the first place in Romania where I was not greeted by the owner as I checked in. I was alone throughout the check-in process and finding the restaurant. I felt as though my business didn't matter. I did not like having to go downstairs to use the bathroom or take a shower.

The location was great and the rooms were nice.

The bathroom totally needs some improvement. It didn’t feel clean and the towels didn’t smell good, I couldn’t use them. Also, as it is a guest house, it is very noisy when there are others people around. The walls are thin and you can hear everything. If you have rude and noisy neighbours like we had, prepare yourself with patience.

The meals were very good. The location is wonderful. It is a very nice and quied place.

The property itself is situated in a quiet place, you have nice view over the mountains surrounding the area and is really close to the village center & tracking routes. The staff there is nice and helpful (we had breakfast and dinner in another location, 3 min walking - is their main location) and they serve really good traditional food - just what you need after a day full of activities in the mountains. Our room was comfortable and cozy.

The bathroom is an absolute mess - the smell was horrible, the cleaning was not done properly, you don’t have a hairdryer and the whole aspect of it makes you feel disgusted. It’s a pity because the place itself is nice…
