unfortunately the toilet flushing did not work during our stsy

great location, good A/C in the bedroom, well equipped kitchenette- with the exception of the fry pan, nice, small fridge with freezer compartment, double ceramic stove top with touch controls. just steps to beach, good restaurants and shopping in this beautiful small village. and the on-site administrator Magda is an immense help with whatever you need!

kitchenette is a little tight on counter space- difficult to boil water/ toast bread at the same time

I had a fabulous apartment with sea view This is my 3rd time at Castello and its my second home Tina is always amazingly helpful and the accommodation cant be faulted

The apartment was spotlessly clean throughout, had a modern interior, and very well equipped for living in. Linen and towels were provided, as well as shampoo & shower gel. The shower was a treat to operate ! We got lost in the village, trying to find the apartment - Magda, the duty receptionist, came to find us, and we followed her car ! Superb service !

Nice and clean apartament. Amazing sea view. Perfect location in small and charming Panormos - 5 min to the heart of the village, where we could find restaurants, shops, bakery and all we needed.

First of all personnel - warm and willing to help, with wide friendly smile! Magdalena, Thank You! The room is big with nice sea view, small balcony to sit in the evening lookin the sunset. Two beaches located 30 meters from your entrance door, restaurants are located on the beach, so some less then those 30 meters, supermarket in 50 meters and 2-4 minutes driving from the main road connecting Heraklion and Chania,

Modern, very clean, comfortable, perfect location in a beautiful little Greek fishing village. There are excellent restaurants, supermarkets, a bakery and souvenir shops minutes away from the apartments. The people of Panormos are genuinely friendly and welcoming. Tina, Magda and Maria at the apartments go above and beyond to make your stay special. Thank you, I had an amazing week.

The sea view from balcony was very nice. Panormos is lovely small village with nice taverns. The room was quite spacious. The host was nice and helpful.

The room has not been renovated since quite a long time. Bathroom was so small that you have to close the door to use sink. Everything was old and used. The bed was uncomfortable and giving strange noises with every move. Room service is every three days not daily.

The beach was nearby, a balcony overlooking the sea, very friendly staff, ready to help at any time. Great apartment for a few days.

It would be great if there were such little things as salt, spices, oil, wine glasses.

Location was excellent and close by the best restaurants and staff friendly and helpful in making suggestions. The 2 terraces meant we had ample space for drying beach towels etc or privacy to sit and relax in the evenings. We loved the village atmosphere.

Bathroom was a little small but manageable

The broken fridge which didnt cool very well, the noise from the Bar/Cafe Akth across the street every night, low water pressure and temperature in the shower

Functional apartment just next to the beach. Magda very kind who helped us immediately during a key loss problem. Excellent stay and very good souvenirs. Thank you very much.

In center of town across from a taverna. Bed was comfortable & shower clean.

The apartment above decided to have a leaving party at 1.30 am. So for one hour they had no concern for other people staying in thr complex. And again at 5.30am dragging bags and furniture. Staff were not available. I tried calling & messaged. After a certain time no one is on site to assist with anything. I paid for a quiet weekend away. I didn’t choose a city but a quite village. I had a super head ache from no sleep. Staff member was attentive and brought me some Panadol in the morning. There was no coffee or tea available in the room to make. But there are the items to make the coffee. My point is I paid to relax and my day was ruined with a headache all day couldn’t do what I had planned. I paid for the privledge.

We were blown away by this apartment and especially its view. We stayed in app. 5 with a direct sea view. The apartment is located in the heart of the village, next to wonderful tavernas and two beaches. The third beach is only a 5 minute walk away. The owner greeted us warmly and was super helpful during our entire stay. It also had a comfortable sofa, so it easily fits three people. We will definitely come back next year!

We loved the location of Castello Apartments situated in the beautiful village of Panormos and a few steps to the beach. Lovely sea views and next to the church. Apartment was a very good size for 2 people. The bathroom was small but adequate. Spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend for an inexpensive holiday!
