I was able to use the kitchen , though it is not recomended to use for the guest, thus very kind receptionist , young lady was ok, if we use kitchen. thus, it was nice. However one old lady was very angry of the fact that we used the kitchen, she was almost exploded, "How dare you are!". She was very prejudice about us, and thus it is her problem not our.

I don't care about what that lady thought, so there is nothing I didn't like. If I were that lady, I would start thinking to how to behave yourself in a decent way. But again it is not my problem. First and a last time there so , why should I care?

For the first three nights it was wonderful,quiet and peaceful.

On our last night there was a large group of men that checked in and they were so loud and noisy. They were hollering clear past midnight. I told them once to quiet down, which didn’t do any good. It was a long miserable night.

disappointing booking and invoicing: first they confirmed the booking but the next day they sent me message that for the last night they have no availability. I have changed the plan and arranged to leave one day earlier. When i asked to get reimbursed for the last night they refused. poor reception service, no English speaking personnel. I would recommend not pay in advance, they have decent facility but poor customer service. If you are booking online try something else.

The central heating was not working properly and there was no chair to work at the desk.

The staff was very professional and provided great service.

Arka Kraków is in bad need of an update to the XXI century. Everything there is old, pillows were not so comfortable and the duvet was quite heavy, some towels had holes.
