The location it is very close to every sightseeing.

The drainege was smelling so bad. And the room was not clean, especially the floor. Also, it is say on booking that it has hairdryer in the room but there wasn't.

the shower was leaking so the bathroom floor was completely wet. there was no space to hang your jacket

All sockets weren't functioning. No glasses for water in the room.

During this stay, both rooms were on different floors (we are a family of 4).

it’s very central, everything I wanted to see was within walking distance. it’s close to some lovely restaurants and the staff were nice and friendly.

the bed definitely needs replacing, it was moulded to the shape of a body. the room was mostly fine cleanliness wise but the cleaning staff had forgotten to take the towel away from in front of the shower after the last guests and it was filthy looking with lots of hairs on it. if you are staying here be aware there is an awful lot of stress noise so might be best for light sleepers.

There was a bar on the ceiling, which I accidentally hit my head twice. The walls were rather thin, so I could hear my neighbors.
