Long wait for lunch (almost 90 minutes) at the pool bar on Monday 16 May 2022

Everything was perfect !

Clean rooms. Good location. Cab available outside the hotel. Cleaning staff was friendly.

No shuttle, as mentioned/as reserved in the booking, when we arrived. We had to wait for someone to get us a cab. We had to carry our own bags to the rooms. Reserved 2 rooms with sea view. Second bedroom barely had a sea view. Some of the hotel staff at the reception seem annoyed when asked for information. Food was cold at the restaurant for dîner. For the cost, I expected more.

Great location, close to beach and restaurants

The staff was courteous and the Manager was very understanding and upgraded me to Ocean View and offered a free shuttle ride to the airport when I was leaving.

The WiFi was a problem. On the balcony heading to my room, it worked well but not in my room. Pigeons poops were all over the pathway leading to the rooms in the back. All my shoes ended up being full of poops.

Great location - near lighthouse and beach and bay views. Excellent breakfast. Lunch poolside! It is a salt water pool too.

The rooms, especially the bathrooms, need updating. They are clean, but very dated.

The rooms with sea view are worth it, one of the best locations in Praia for restaurants and walking around. The breakfast has great choice and very good breads. Lunch snacks very good (sandwich with fresh tuna, tomato salad, ...), best place for a sunset cocktail, and more...

Great views, nice pool and perfect service in a very convenient area, not only by the beach but also close to the best restaurants in town

Everything was fine

I want to specially mention the flexibility on the day of departure: the flight was late at night, and when I asked for late checkout, expecting some hours, they actually granted to stay in the room as long as I wanted. Even putting tabs to the room worked flawlessly. Instead of sitting around somewhere with bags packed, this basically added another holi-day; especially the option to shower and change just before leaving was great comfort. This is much more generous than can be expected and speaks to customer orientation greatly.

Nice and comfortable room, big bed and really comfortable. We had a very good time. Spectacular sea view. Large pool and good bar/restaurant service, restaurants with good menus and spectacular sushi (but not every day). Superb sea views. Overall they were very flexible and helpful as staff. In particular some of them were outstanding. Also the manager (I think it was her) was very nice and very concerned that everything went according to our wishes.

Breakfast: lacks a lot to be an international breakfast ... personally I missed a lot of salmon (personal taste). It's not bad but very improvable. The bread is absolutely inedible (I hope they change soon type and supplier... what a pity). For the price this hotel costs, they also charge extra for food delivery from the in-house restaurant. This is a shame. There were a few misunderstandings about the cleanliness of the room because the sign outside the door very often because of the wind flew away ... they should use heavier windproof signs. Also the initial programming of the keys did not go very well and they had to redo them several times.
