The room had everything one would want. It would be an excellent choice for a short-term work assignment in the city or an extended holiday. The location could not have been better.
It would have been great if there were an easy chair and a desk. But, this would be for someone staying much longer than we stayed. Otherwise, no complaints.

Tutto apprezzatissimo. Gli appartamenti sono in un'ottima posizione rispetto al centro, comodo anche il parcheggio di cui dispone il residence. Servizio cortese, cordiale e professionale. Appartamento nuovo, arredato con cura (se pur alcune scelte potevano essere un po' meno standard), attrezzato di tutti i confort. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Endroit magnifique avec un accueil très chaleureux. Les lieux sont impeccables. Situé près de tout. Nous n'avions que quelques heures devant nous et nous avons pratiquement eu le temps de faire le tour des lieux touristiques du centre.
Les enfant dormaient dans le divan lit. Malheureusement, le lit grinçait sans arrêt. Mais bon, ce n'était pas un grand problème.

The space was fantastic and the kitchen has everything you need for a short stay. The process for checking in after hours was easy and the communication from management prior to arrival was excellent.
No proper curtain on the bedroom window looking out on the street. We had to improvise with a blanket.

Small apartment in a historic building, with modern facilities. Friendly and efficient staff. Optimal location, just steps away from Via Roma, the main drag connecting the historic train station, Porta Nuova, and the Royal Palace.

The main room was quite dark, since there were only two lamps, both of them on the walls.

great location close to the railway station and old town
lack of the dishwasher though it was listed as the facility. It is more hygienic to know all the dishes were washed in the dishwasher rather manually. Price incl. city tax could be more reasonable.

The residence's central location was unbeatable, making it the perfect choice for exploring the city. With most of the key attractions within walking distance, we were able to make the most of our time there. The convenience of the location made our stay truly unforgettable.

The location was wonderful. Just a few steps from the shopping streets, museums, restaurants and etc
It was very comfortable to access the property without a reception in the beginning because we arrived late and tired next morning we went to reception and check in.
The hot water disappeared a few times. The staff member came and switched it on but it went off again and again. The last shower we had to take in another room. It was a problem but the staff solved it.

The location was a fundamental aspect of our short stay, and the main reason why we liked the property. The hotel is located in Via XX Settembre. Three minutes walking from the train station Torino Porta Nuova and 7 minutes walking from Piazza San Carlo.
The only thing we didn’t liked about the property was that the temperature of the room was extremely hot.

The property is convenient to visit Turin on foot-parking on site is a major plus! Staff are very nice and professional.
A minor note: for such an elegant place, the appliances are a bit cheap (including for instance the towels rack in the bathroom and the shower itself).
