my stay here is the best. lovely sunset view from my room. i had an amazing dinner in the balcony during sunset from their own restaurant one of the famous spots in santorini but i still had privacy. the room smells very nice. i didnt experience any bad smell in the bathroom as others said it. the hot tub is lukewarm and comfortable. the breakfast is plenty and delicious. the hostess is very nice and allowed me to be checked on early as soon as my room was ready. overall, the best stay in santorini!! 💗

The hostess Emilia was just fantastic. Arranged the airport transfer (which was cheaper than private taxi) and met us at the drop off and took us to the accommodation. Had great recommendations for massage, food and activities. Different breakfast each morning. Very attentive and friendly. House was beautiful and clean. Great amenities. Great view.

The accomodation is in the prime location in Oia which often features in instagram photos. But We didn’t mind people taking photos as we were out most days and breakfast table and chairs were tucked away on the balcony. We felt very privileged to be able to stay in a such beautiful home.

Host was amazing! Provided wonderful breakfast and very helpful with car transfers wherever we needed!

Great view from the honeymoon suite - sunset was magical. The host was very kind & arranged taxi service to go to Fira & Black Beach . Great breakfast and it's good to be so close to all MUST visit places in Oia. Must recommend. Room comes with jacuzzi.

location was perfect. The sunset was perfect each night.

the hot tub would turn on at random times through the day/night. we ended up finding the breaker and turning it off. we didn’t use it at all. the drain in the bathroom smelled bad, but we covered it with the bath mat and it was ok after that.

The view was amazing, we watched the sunset from our terrace. Amelia greeted us where the taxi service dropped us off and she walked with us to the house, she is super friendly and sweet. Once we arrived in the house, she gave us a quick tour of the facility, and later surprised us with a bottle of wine and cake and ice cream to welcome us! Every morning breakfast was set out for us on the terrace and it was super yummy specially the fresh squeezed orange juice!

The bathroom downstairs did not have a door for privacy and one of the people in the group did not feel comfortable with that. Perhaps consider putting a curtain there for privacy.

We came here for our honeymoon and we’re blown away by the hospitality, delicious breakfast and beautiful views. The hot tub was so nice and the terrace has a gorgeous view. They met us from our taxi and ferried our bags for us to the hotel. Absolutely recommend. This is a family run hotel - Michael and his mother were very kind and helped us with everything we needed!

Breathtaking view with world class service Kastro Oia Houses deserve 10/10 star rating! Service: Impeccable, above and beyond! Before arriving to Oia, I contacted the front office staff to arrange for private transportation to the hotel. Amelia, the owner, waited for us at the drop off location and walked us to the hotel to check us in. Really didn't expect that!! She was amazing; friendly, informative, and genuinely cared about her guests. Each morning, breakfast was brought to the patio area and quality was excellent and portion was plenty! Location: Breathtaking! I didn't know the unit we rented was one of the most instagrammed doorway in Oia! What people were missing was the view from the inside looking out. While others are lining up hours outside to get a glimpse of the famous sunset, outside on the private patio, you can enjoy the view without people hovering all over you. Rooms: beautiful appointed, clean, and the jacuzzi spa was wonderful to relax in after a full day of walking, shopping, and eating! Restaurant: will do another review for that but OMG- best meals we had in Oia!!

There isn't anything I didn't like!

Cosy place, fantastic location, stunning view and very friendly and helpful stuff. We enjoyed all moments there and the outdoor jacuzzi was just the cherry on top 😊

The view was truly incredible, could see all the action at the port and sunsets were magical! Inside was a comfortable escape from the hottest part of the day. Having breakfast served on the balcony was a special treat- the meal itself was generous and well prepared, so tasty! Appreciated that we were able to arrange a transfer from the airport and to the ferry, also the help with carrying the luggage and finding the room. Definitely eat at the restaurant if there is availability. Make reservations when you arrive. Great meal! Amelia went above and beyond with the breakfasts and also was a huge help in retrieving some lost luggage left in the transfer vehicle. A wonderful host who made us feel truly at home.

The hot tub really never warmed up enough to enjoy it. Almost like a cool plunge pool. Did raise the issue and was told government regulations prevent it from being too warm, but this was cool. Then it was reset and I waited an hour for it to come to a warmer temp, but it only rose to lukewarm. Everything else about this stay was exceptional though. iIf the hot tub is too expensive to run or repair would be better to remove entirely.

The location is perfect and the views from the bedroom was unbeatable. The hosts were super friendly and attended to our needs and helped us to arrange private transfer from the airport to the hotel and back. The in-house team also helped us to collect our luggage from the transfer to the hotel. We received a welcome bottle of wine on the house. The in house restaurant had excellent food - we tried to make a reservation for the sunset viewing but it was fully booked but nevertheless we enjoyed from our balcony. Breakfast was exceptional and to a great standard. A selection of fruits, croissants, eggs (scrambled/fried) and fresh orange juice! Amoudi bay was 10 minutes walk and the caldera town only few minutes walk. everything was nearby with great access to mini market, restaurants and shopping. The bedroom itself was cosy and was supplied with in-house toiletries and house keeping everyday. On the day of our departure they kindly provided us with a late checkout and complimentary desserts from the restaurant which were mouth watering. We were also able to leave our luggage as our flight was in the evening. We will recommend this to others and hope to visit again in the near future! Thank you to Michael and Amelia.

The only downfall was that the hot tub jets did not last long.

Wow what a beautiful spot, the customer service was extremely exceptional! We had the 3 bedroom suite, the upstairs patio has the best views of the sunset, everyone on the Oia side comes over to view in this area. Everything was clean and spotless. We personally get the best view out of any others. Also the breakfast is huge and a great selection. We have a family of 3 and had tons of left overs. The on-site staff always was willing to help out and answered any questions! The restaurant on-site is top notch, this suite is totally undervalued and totally recommend!! Thank You!

Nothing this is a 5 star property that deserves nothing but the best in everything!

Location and staff

The hot tub in the room was loud and it was automatically running every 1 hr. We could have told the hotel manager but we didnt. also be prepared to pay for porters if you have 4 luggage like us. Each time costs 20 euro.
