Linda met us on our arrival and made us feel welcome as if we were a friend coming to stay. She showed us through the house which was a bonus, showing us where things were. The house is well appointed with the mod cons and is just like a home away from home. As soon as we walked in the door we felt welcome. Linda left us with milk and eggs(from their chooks) and even brought us some homemade scones, jam and cream which went down a treat with our visitors. We also had a choice of a free bottle of a non alcoholic beverage, which was lovely. Also it is not far from the Geelong South railway station which we made use of to go into Melbourne. The beds were really comfy and the extra toilet was a bonus, as was the washer and dryer. Even though Linda and her family live on the property don't let this distract you from staying here. The house has its own yard and you don't even notice that they are around. You are left alone except for the welcome and the goodbye and if there is a problem you can ring and they are not far away. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely stay again.

Linda was the most welcoming host! Thank you for gifting us a cute wombat and home baked cookies which we really enjoyed. The stay was awesome and location was 100%.

Linda is an outstanding host and her attention to detail, to ensure the most comfortable stay for all, including kids is exceptional. It absolutely felt home. One of the best places ever we have stayed across.

We found this accommodation to be excellent. Everything was lovely and very well equipped and very clean. The hens out the back were cute and Linda gave us some of their delicious eggs. The location was good for our needs and for the Bellarine Peninsula and also Geelong. Highly recommended.

The house was superb, had all the mode cons of home and appliances were either brand new or very new. The TV was extremely large which we like and had netflix, youtube etc which was a bonus for my son. The bedrooms were well appointed and comfy. The owners Linda and Paul made you feel very welcome and also had the opportunity to feed the chickens kept in the back garden pen. Location was not to far from the beach and central Geelong (CBD) with restaurant's, supermarkets and general shops a short drive nearby

Great location, beautiful home and owners go above the normal accommodation with Eggs from the chickens at the site. Also has 2 toilets which is helpful with a family.

We really liked the facilities. If we were to nitpick, I would remove the garden bed left of the driveway to allow better access to the carport and make it easier to reverse out of also.

we stayed to experience the great ocean road this spot was good value for money and centrally located, my daughters loved the chickens, property was spacious and clean. 10 stars
