We had some troubles getting in after arriving, couldn't open a gate and no one seemed to hear a doorbell. Breakfast was a bit limited (but homemade and tasty). Poor wi-fi.

The Guest House is located in Kadriorg district, which has a historical aura and easy access to vast green spaces. You can get to the Old Town in 20-25 min (walking) or just take the tram. I enjoyed staying in a wooden building. The room was small but well organized. I could work by the table and open the window to a garden, which was lovely in the summer. The staff is very forthcoming and friendly. The breakfast is simple but sufficient. If you're staying there, you might want to check out NOP Cafe for your lunch or dinner.

The internet connection was sometimes unstable. Otherwise, I have no real complaints. Just don't expect it to be a modern hotel. It's cozy if slightly outdated B&B.

The location is superb: it is near Kadriorg, 20 minutes on foot from the Old Town, and there are several nice cafes with good coffee and food within a short walking distance. The breakfast served by the hostess was very generous, with a variety of things to choose from -- from porridge to herring.

WiFi could definitely be better.

Charming heritage house with garden in lovely quiet surroundings minutes away by walk to Kadrioru park and palace museum. Looked after by a very kind wonderful hostess. Great breakfast, too.

The room was not clean. The bed sheet had many hairs and looked like not washed at all. The bathroom was not clean too. There were stains on the toilet seat. The mattress was only a piece of sponge placed on top of a wooden surface. Not comfortable.
