Very quite place with beautiful nature

the room was massive and super sleek and clean. was a lovely resort type feel to the hotel. super close to the beach and loads of lovely food spots near by.

Spacious and clean rooms with good aircon. Huge bonus having the generator for the evenings during the power cuts. Good location in Unawatuna, short walk to beach and lots of restaurants/shops

The rooms are enormous and look very new. Super comfy beds and pillows and lovely balcony’s. Great bathroom. You are on the beach road so very easy access to everything but tucked away slightly so no noise.

No real communal area but very close to cafes.

The most beautiful place we stayed on Sri Lanka. Perfect location - close to the Beach and Restaurants but also very quiet and comfy. Room was spacious and the bed was amazing.

WiFi could work better. We also wish the manager more smile, you can be proud of such a place!

Rooms were clean and spacious. Good Wifi and room to relax. In middle of Unawatuna. Friendly staff which are able to help you out with whatever you need.

Rooms are quiet and spacious. Villa has a nice, peaceful garden with little chipmunks. Cleaning service was provided. We had a nice vacation here.

Booking doesn't show clearly what kind of room you book. I thought we booked a room on a second floor with balcony, but when we got room on a first floor, which doesn't have windows, only a glass door. Two rooms on the first floor were avaible at the moment - one was terrible, didn't look like on picture as it was old and also with mold smell in it. Another one was nice. So it depends on luck will you have a nice room avaible or not. Nice that host gave us a choise.

Location is very central to all the attractions and the beach and despite that surprisingly quiet. Very new, clean and chill. With a lot of greenery and wildlife around.

The Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the rooms.

the location of the villa was excellent about 300 meters from the beach . the rooms were very big big bath rooms and had a nice balcony and a terrace.

The location was perfect, just a few minutes from the beach. The host was nice and helpful. They provided us also some mosquito spray. We stayed in a bungalow and the room was clean.
