L’emplacement, la vue à couper le souffle, la cuisine, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de notre hôte.

De locatie is gunstig als je een goede uitvalsbasis zoekt voor strand, Taormina en de Etna. Eetgelegenheden op loopafstand. Het appartement is licht en ruim, het uitzicht is prachtig en de twee balkons zijn erg fijn. Leuk om in de avond op het balkon over zee uit te kijken. Doordat we de deuren tegen elkaar open konden zetten bleef het lekker koel binnen en was het niet nodig om de airco aan te zetten.

De badkamer en keuken zijn wel wat verouderd. Als je hoogtevrees hebt is het balkon met spijlen tot de grond wel een beetje spannend

Views from the terraces were superb, especially at dawn. The location was good for me as it is reasonably close to the train station, allowing trips to Catania, Siracuse and Messina. Bus services to Taormina and Castelmola amongst others. Also easy access to restaurants and shops.

The TV is small. I didn't want to use it so it didn't matter to me on this trip. The cooking facilities are limited. Again this didn't matter and was perhaps a good thing as it meant I only ate breakfast there. This isn't a complaint as the description is accurate but something to be aware of in case it matters to you.

The view is amazing. The apartment is very sunny and bright. The location is excellent.

The location is fantastic. Right on the sea . Views across the bay and Mt Etna as well

The price you pay for the great views are the stairs ☹️. There not actually that bad but if you’ve been out walking all day etc there the last thing you want

The view was splendid, the location just perfect and we had pretty much everything we needed. We travelled with a baby and got a baby bed and a high chair already in the room. We had some drinks prepared in the fridge when we arrived and the communication went super smooth with the owner. She was there on time with the keys we didn't have to wait or anything. The kitchen is simple but you have everything you need. Having lunch/breakfast from the table while enjoying a spectacular view is honestly priceless!

Be prepared to climb stairs to reach the apartment (worth the view!). The bedroom is only separated with a curtain, so keep in mind if you are looking for more privacy. The baby bed still needs a proper matras, but we discussed this with the owner and she will buy one soon. Overall we loved our stay can only recommend it!
