Seaview. Good Air-conditioning

tired outdated bathrooms, broken tiles in upstairs bathroom. Electrical wires hanging from living room light. bad sewage smell downstairs toilet. Both washing machine and dishwasher in Greek so it impossible to work properly, washing machine would not drain and/or spin tried several options. Crockery and cutlery not very clean with white scum from dishwasher. Pillows in bedroom poor

Lovely Villa with exceptional views of the bay. Inside was clean and well laid out and pool was clean and excellent. Facilities were very good with lots of room. Load of good restaurants nearby to eat out and all attractions on the island in comfortable reach with a car.

TV did not work and cleaning/towel replacement midway through the stay did not materialise

The location and view were excellent as was the pool. The property is very spacious and in a quiet location. Both the owner and Jaimie the manager were extremely helpful and responded to any issues we had very promptly.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Alexi. There was plenty of room for our family of 4 and the pool was just amazing, complete with fantastic views and sun beds. Definitely the best pool we have ever had on holiday. We made use of the beach and pool equipment in the villa and the owner and Jamie were great at answering our questions quickly and being accommodating. The villa is equipped with everything you need. Jamie also had some great recommendations for grocery delivery, eating out and beaches to visit (most within walking distance of about 20 minutes). Kalathos was great for good food.

We had chosen the villa as we didn’t want to hire a car but it was a bit of a walk in the heat with children so ended up hiring one for a few days.

Such a perfect location, the beautiful and very well equipped house with such an extraordinary sea view is really overwhelming. The house, the lovely garden and the very clean and large pool are even more beautiful than on the pictures. We enjoyed every minute here, with summer temperatures in autumn, golden evenings and warm nights. We also used the bbq to grill some nice veal and lamb chops. Kalathos is an ideal location with the many stunning beaches in the area, Lindos is only a few minutes drive away, as is a large supermarket for grocery shopping. And even for some longer trips to Rhodes, the surfer paradise in Prasonissi or the antique sites on the west coast Villa Alexi - midway on the east coast - is well situated. The w-lan connection is stable and good - but mostly you just want to sit on the patio and simply enjoy Greek holiday life. All in all a simply splendid atmosphere. And the welcome pack with a generous breakfast, wine, water and some sweets was more than perfect for our late night arrival :-) We can only highly recommend, and will come again next year!

Wonderful views and on the best part of the Island. Swimming pool was warm.

The pool and sea view was amazing. Loved the terrace. Beds very comfy and excellent quiet aircon. Lovely arrival pack.

The downstairs toilet made a lot of noise and kept refilling constantly. The outside sign is difficult to see in the dark as quite small.
