The staff is extremely nice and the place is cute and cosy! Very good breakfast, and also the shuttle to go to the dunes can come by this hotel.

The shower was a little cold but it was ok.

The staff were incredibly nice and the breakfast was tasty and pretty variable. The tours that they offered were actually very reasonably-priced... about the same as if you go and negotiate with independent companies. It's also really easy to meet people here- good vibe.

The dorm was real cramped- six beds in a quite small space with only a fan unless there are four or more people staying. There also wasn't much of a hang out area- very few places to just chill and relax. No lockers, no kitchen available for guest use, and the wifi wasn't very good. Overall basic facilities for a hostel-- nothing special.

What a great place to stay. The hosts were amazing and really went out of there way to help us organise tours. It felt like staying with family staying here. I hope to return one day!

Hostel em boas maos is the best hostel in Barreirinhas. Cineide and Edson are amazing people, very hospitable and friendly, always serving good the travelers. The breakfast is also very good. The rooms and beds are very clean and includes shared or private bathroom. Ask them about the tours and transfers, they have the best price. They're very well located near the local Police station.

Owner is an amazing person. He is always there to help me, be it dropping me at bus station, arranging lunch when all the restaurants are closed, etc. He speaks Portuguese very slowly so that I can understand. He is the first person with whom I had decent Portuguese conversation 😃
