Stayed in duplex apartment on way back from Alps. Beaune is a beautiful town, and accommodation is in great central location. Comfortable size for 2 adults & 2 children. Kitchenette allows food preparation , host provided coffee/water, etc. Found a nice bakery for breakfast 3 min walk away. Apartment in charming old building that has been tastefully modernised, there were some low exposed beams which added to the charm, but tall people beware. Very clean.

The whole property was excellent. Room location , location of dinning area for breakfast. The lady that looked after us was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

2 bedroom 2 bathroom kitchen and huge living room with a large TV. All furniture was super comfortable and in great condition. This is an apartment and it terrific. All renovated in high quality way. Staff is charming and kind and fun and welcoming. Bravo. The location right in the middle of it all in this beautiful and unique town.

The 2 bedrooms are separated by a wall and the headboards are against the same wall. Noise could be an issue.

This flat is an absolute gem. It really topped our experience in Beaune. It way exceeded our expectations. The flat was immaculate, large cosy rooms, well equipped and in the heart of Beaune. There is a wine shop connected to this place just below with a great choice of wine. The hosts were very welcoming, available for any queries. Next time we stop in Beaune, this will be our place to stay. Thank you so much!

Excellent place to stay in Beaune, Nice private apartment type room in the eaves above the wine shop. Perfectly situated and lovely people. You can come and go with your own door key. Free car park a short walk from the rear of the shop.

the bathroom in the room was not completely separated which would be better, but not a big issue.

The layout of the bedrooms would suit a family better than 2 single guys. You have to go through one bedroom to reach the other.

Excellent location & appartment with nice design and cosy atmosphere. Also the combination with the wine store is special although no attempt was made to use this synergy by offering some try outs.

The appartment was in some ways impractical. The semi open bathroom is inconvenient if not all members of the group are used to such intimacy, Works well for a family with smaller kids, but less for two couples like us. Some quite low ceiling beams will make tall people walk bend over all the time.
