Great rooms, clean and all facilities needed including AC. Friendly welcome and fresh snacks etc in room a nice touch. Located in pedestrian zone of town.

Madeline is the perfect host. A great welcome with some nice extra "gifts" I won't spoil it for folks! She and her team were very attentive during our short stay. The room is a good size, quality, tasteful fittings, everything you need is provided including a small fridge. Aosta is a beautiful small town (the center) with a lot of Roman history. Not to be missed. Cafe & restaurant prices are a fraction of what we were paying in Chamonix the week before. Tourism has not fully got going, so a lot of menus etc don't have English, but it makes it more fun :) The people are very welcoming and we will definitely visit again.

The owners were incredible! The room was mountain-rustic charming and well appointed with many extras (Madelene made apple strudel with apples from her tree). High quality linens, a mini refrigerator with refreshments, fruit and yoghurt, cookies and good quality coffee and tea, modern fixtures in the bathroom, two different pillow types on a comfortable large bed, air-conditioning... we could not have felt better provided for in this cozy abode.

The property is inside the historic walking area so there is not parking. A large public lot is located in a nearby piazza which requires an app or coin euros. Have coins available for the ticket machine. As this is centrally located to walk Aosta, you will not need to move your car.

we loved absolutely everything about the property, the location, the hosts were exceptionally helpful and friendly, it was absolutely perfect. we loved our stay.

We liked everything: the hospitality, the room, the location. It felt like staying at an italian grandma's we never had.

Everything was as close to perfect as it could be. We felt like at home. We were completely taken care of, the room is big and cozy and with everything you might need. The attention from both hosts were as if we were like with relatives, they were on top of everything and making sure we had everything we needed or wanted. It was superb. You are located 10min walk from the lift to pila ski station and right on the main street but with none of the noise.

Nothing to be mentioned. If something was not perfect it just due to personal preference that has nothing to do with the high quality of the room and the attention given.

The extremely kind hostess, with her home cooking, her generous breakfast (even though no meals were included in the price). Her kindness to provide us with a bottle of Prosecco each evening as well as chocolates!

A bit noisy streetlife during the first night.

Had a wonderful stay here. Maddalena was so helpful & informative. There were delicious treats replenished daily, fresh fruit for breakfast, local yogurt & a small bottle of bubbles each day. Stylist room with modern bathroom. very comfortable, great location to Old Town.

If skiing, property 20 minute walk to gondola. Maddalena kindly arranged a taxi pick up for us.

To make it perfect, I would recommend adding a bin next to the table, to avoid throwing everything in the small bin in the bathroom

The property is in a very central location with lots of shops and restaurants around. Public parking is very close to the property. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Beautifully renovated traditional home, warm staff welcome, with local yogurt and pastries, coffee and tea, very comfortable bed, lovely space, and close to the central square. This is a treasure!

This is a really unique hotel with gorgeous facilities and an incredible welcome from Maddalena. Home baking, stocked mini-fridge and lovely attention to detail. Her introduction to a local restaurant also ensured great service and attention there too.

A fantastic location in the city center. I am celiac and cannot eat gluten, so for breakfast they prepared bowls of fruit and yogurt. They even provided gluten free cookies! The adorable couple who own this property, guided me on where to go in Aosta and were very helpful.

My stay was during a heatwave and even though there was air conditioning, I couldn't get the temperature in the room to go below 23 degrees. So it was quite hot in the bedroom.
