Location, nice terrace, good breakfast.
Room was quite small, tea/coffee in room would have been better

nothing!

We arrived earlier then we expected and we had to wait one hour for the staff to arrive and hand the keys to us.. I don’t understand why they cannot leave the keys in a lockbox so the guest can accomodate first and then the check in can be done later.

Nice location 10 minute walk to Porto miggiano beach and 15 minute walk into Santa cesarea terme town. great position for discovering the East coast of Salento. Breakfast was nice. staff were very nice and helpful.
4.1
The location was good and the lady hosting very welcoming. Easy to find and park outside.
The room was very clean, nice white bed linen and plenty of towels and the area outside at the back great to be able to chill on our own and dry clothes. A/C worked very well in the room which was great.
We went swimming several times at the nearby cove - couldn't call it a beach as the beach area was tiny - you could sit on the rocks/man-made concrete platform and the water in the cove was amazing. This made the location special. It was very very busy on Sunday but luxurious when we went for a swim at 7am this morning. The actual town has limited facilities and only a few restaurants. It looked rather run-down to me, as if it had seen better days.
The room was small for 3. If we had been backpacking with tiny bags it would have been just about okay, but we struggled to get round the beds with our bags and had to take turns or bump into each other.
The decor was okay - but not special - old style MFI wardrobe with a drawer we couldn't open and a huge cabinet in the bathroom taking up a lot of space which wasn't good when space was limited. The toilet seat was bizzare - it did not fit properly. Everything felt rather as if it had been made good enough, and really needed a make-over. It was all adequate, but just not special.
The breakfast didn't start until 9am - would have liked to have the option to eat earlier. Some of the fruit served could have been fresher (the peaches were almost turning bad). Aside from this the croissants and tarts were very good.

Nice view, great location Porto Miggiano can be reached by foot for an early morning swim
Breakfast was not the best.

I really enjoy the place’s design
The room’s space was slightly small, I had a big luggage, I struggled to find a spot for it, I ended up leaving it on the floor blocking the passage.

The location of this B&B was perfect for us; not too close to the village center but near the village (10min walk) and there is possibility for parking (public parking) nearby.
The rooms (designed in navy blue-white like the complete accommodation) were spacious and well-equipped, the bath room as well and each room had its own 'private' terrace/courtyard where you can enjoy the evening.
The breakfast was all we needed: freshly baked pastry, fruits and most of all: DE-LI-CIOUS orange cake!
A warm thanks to the assistant lady who gave us a warm welcome and was around in case of questions.
The shower in the room 'Tramontana' needs to be fixed. There was no way to get water out of the main shower head so we had to improvise with the smaller one which could not be attached to the shower bar. The sink of the bath needs a check as well because the water is not draining down well enough.
The shower in the 2nd room worked perfectly fine!

The location of the B&B is close to the beach. Nevertheless, due to the geographical shape of the surrounding, you walk up or downhill. There is a beach club very close but it was completely full at the time we visited, mid-August. ☹ Regardless of the timing of the season, if you want to visit that club please make a reservation at least two weeks before your arrival.
The breakfast served was very simple; brioche, some fruits, biscotti, some days cheese and cotto slices, coffee or tea.
You can park in front of the B&B. However, space is limited.
B&B was overall clean. We stayed in the room “Scirocco”. It was the largest room. We were 3. It is difficult for me to say that it was big enough. One can get unhappy with the size of the room in case of a long stay like a week. There is also a small terrace without any view, close neighbouring to the other room. The bathroom was large but unfortunately with a small shower cabin.

The eating room was nice, the bed was confortable. The owners brought us fruit in the evening. The room was very clean. Good location
The room was very stuffed and small, it was difficult to move around.
The air conditioning and fridge in the room were very loud.
It was not good value for money

Marcella was a great host! Nice location and clean room.
The room was a bit small for 3 people, but had a nice terrace at the back.
