Das Grundstück und die Lage war gut , sehr groß und die Nachbarn waren nicht zu spüren. Das Haus und der Pool waren sehr großzügig. Handtuchwechsel war sehr gut.

Das Haus war sehr verwohnt und bedarf dringend einer Renovierung. Preis Leistung ist für das Haus nicht gerechtfertigt. Die Kücheneinrichtung war sehr schlecht. Kaputte Schranktür, beim Geschirrspüler fehlten die Rollen des unteren Einschubs, so dass der Spülarm sich nicht drehen konnte, damit keine Reinigung des Geschirrs. Schmutziges Geschirr im Schrank. Der Herd musste erst frei gekratzt werden , damit er benutzbar war. Im Kühlschrank sind die Türfächer teilweise gebrochen. Das Bidet in einem Bad konnte nicht benutzt werden, da kein Wasser lief, in dem Bad kam es zu einer Überschwemmung, das Duschwasser wurde wieder aus der Fussbodenentwässerung gedrückt. An einigen Fenstern waren die Gazerollos defekt. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer war gebrochen. Von 8 Sonnenliegen waren 5 nicht benutzbar. Die Filteranlage des Pools ist für die Größe nicht geeignet ( nur Textilfilter ) damit war das Wasser nie richtig klar.

The location was up a hill a short drive away from many beaches and the local town. It was very peaceful and quiet. Every bedroom has an aircon which made our stay very nice. It’s a nice big villa with lots of indoor and outdoor space.

The swimming pool water was not clear so we are not sure if it was as clean as it should be. There is no aircon or big ceiling fan in the living room. There were a lot of mosquitoes and bugs, but this is not the properties fault .

The general look of the place, the fact that it was far away from neighbors, it had multiple places to sit and relax, the wide open area, the pool was great and the table tennis table was a high point of attraction.

The rooms have an outdated look to them, I get it was in theme with the house but there's a big discrepancy between the modern look of the kitchen and living room and the bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom had humidity problems and the wifi coverage is subpar, a mesh router network would be very appreciated. Also, the checkout time could be better, 10AM is way too early.

Well equipped house with almost everything required to cook and spend a good week. Cleaning and fresh towels every couple of days.

The dishwasher is an utter disgrace and not working properly. Apart from ruining the glassware and cutlery, which is all full of lime stains, the washing result itself was poor and we had to clean parts of the dishes a second time. This has apparently been mentioned by other guests in previous reviews and I think it would be easy to fix that point with byuing a quality machine. Also people do not want to bother with doing the wash up for a week when on holiday, so the dishwasher should work. As this was also mentioned in previous reviews: There is definitely noise from starting planes, depending on the direction they leave the runway. When they take off to the north, they fly directly above the area. No point in denying it. However: It is not too many planes per day and also, as a tourist you cannot really complain as this is part of the game. The barbeque grill also needs to be replaced, there is wholes in the ground so the coal is falling through it.
