The breakfast was poor...

good views from our balcony and the reception staff were friendly.

Few things: 1. non-complimentary tea/coffee. the fact that the property charges for a teabag is ridiculous. 2. the property doesn’t provide towels for the beach/lake - although there are still signs in the bathroom advising to not use the room towels and instead ask the reception for seperate ones. 3. the tanning beds in front of our apartment were not free - ridiculous that we have to pay a high price for the rooms and then also pay extra for the tanning beds, this should be free to the guests.

Its beachfront, which is convenient. The on site parking is also very convenient.

The view varies depending on your room. we had a lake view, but there was some obstruction and it wasn’t that nice (not the end of the world, but noticeable especially if you’ve stayed in a room with a gorgeous view before). it’s also a little pricey for Macedonia. I still continue to stay here because the good outweighs the bad, and it’s tried and true.

The room was very clean and the location is great only 30 minutes walk to the city, which means you don`t need a car. The breakfast and the food exceed my expectations, everything was prepared on time and very tasty. My favorite part of the vacation was actually the breakfast because the dining tables are located in a room with glass windows that overlooks the lake. Definitely would visit again.

The receptionist. He was a little rude and did not want to help me. For example I needed spoon or plate because I have a baby and I needed to feed him, he did not even bother to ask someone else.

Staff was polite and react on time on our requests. Nice location. Breakfast was good.

Fridge doesn't work. In the bathroom had make float after shower. The shower doesn't work properly.

On the lake shore. Cleaness

The view that I pay for It was only parțial. Dont stay there during weekends time. There are live music very, very loud until 2 in the morning. Impossible to sleep. It feels like a night club, not a hotel. The reception guy very lapidar, he charghe us 14 euro on plus, I did not understand the reason....

Nothing

1) The airco has not worked since our arrival despite the timely notification of the problem and several visits of unqualified staff 2) The room has not been cleaned for two days despite our explicit request fully in line with the hotel policy 3) We have been refused stay on the hotel beach despite the fact that guests of the hotel have priority 4) The information provided by the hotel reception has been incomplete or incorrect which lead to numerous inconveniance during our stay 5) The Covid-19 safety measures have absolutely not been obayed by the hotel staff and guests, which felt very uncomfortable and unsafe We have interuppted our terrible stay and left the hotel earlier.
