Strange check-in/out process Overall the apartment looks nice but with some negative moments - absence of reception makes check-in uncomfortable. Check your email coz they will send contacts after booking. You should have a local phone or any phone to contact the owner once you reach the place. At least you need to collect the key. No other staff can help you with check-in coz they do not know who's the owner of your apartment and how to find him. - No soundproofing in the apartment combined with extra noisy neighbors can make your stay uncomfortable. In the apartments and the same in the corridors you can find the boards that keep your attention on silent mode but no one follows those regulations. Sleeping on the sofa I heard every morning how neighbors were walking with kids in the corridor. No idea why they chose corridors as a walking road. - extra hard bed, I do not know who can sleep on this mattress, but as an option you can sleep on the sofa. It's much softer. and lastly I have a Russian ID by the origin of my parents, but all the time I am living in the UAE. I have been to Russia 10 years ago. I do speak Russian a little and use English or Arabic as my native language. Was disappointed how the owner closed communication with me after he did not get a reply from me in russian. It was rough and disrespectful. Do not know why I should mention the reasons why I do not speak russian. At least you show your apartment to let on the bookingcom and treat all guests with the same respect regardless nationality or spoken language

The room was comfortable and reasonably priced.

convenient with direct access to the pool from balcony. kind enough to allowed later check out till 1.20 pm

waited for the keys to arrive to open the apartment for 20 minutes. hot water not working only cold shower. tv not working even after complaining about it. nothing has been done or attended.

Location is good. Not far from beach. Beds are extremely comfortable. Good kitchen equipment. Staff is punctual.

Shower door should be fixed, because water flooded through it. And floor in the bedroom should be fixed too, because some parts of parquet is broken.
