Welcoming staff and good COVID precautions to ensure safety for all. Spacious room with parking at the door, super hot shower and useful kitchen facilities. Always a pleasure to stay here when in Narrabri.

The staff was not too nice. I was greeted by a lday whose first word to me was we have booked out.... The room was very small for 2 adults and 1 child

On viewing the booking.com site photos showed the standard room as having a table and chair which my room didn't have. Only after speaking with the manager could I see on the extra photos a table and chair wasn't included. Arrangement of photos needs to be fixed. The design of the rooms have a very large bathroom at the expense of the size of the living/bedroom area.

Television Didn't work Staff didn't care. As travellers we really wanted to keep up with Covid and the weather BREAKFAST WAS GREAT THANK YOU

Staff so helpful, very clean. Exactly what we were after.

Only one thing we were unable to use our car space as someone was always in it, maybe you could look into the problem and let people know they can only use their own space if they have. Ore than one car they need to let you know and you will allot them a space

All Good for the price

The location suited us well. The capacity to park up our car and trailer was great too. The room was very clean.

The room being quite small made it difficult to accommodate our suitcases, which weren't extra large.

Pool was nice and clean and so was rooms

Check out was 10am I was told when collecting keys but had staff knocking on doors at 8-8.30 am and don’t feel the staff member at counter was very welcoming , other than that all good

All good. Stop over on interstate trip. Facilities good, quiet.

Have stayed there many times the rooms are always clean and the staff friendly and helpful and great value for money.
