Location is the best. You can walk anywhere from this property. Very close to Campo di’ Fiori and many restaurants. Easy walk to Navona and Trastevere. We stayed here as family - 2 adults, 2 kids. Owner is very prompt with communication and very helpful. He set up a private driver to and from airport. We were met at door when we arrived to let us in. Everything is as described. Double bed is so very comfortable in bedroom. Also there is a single pull out chair that turns into bed in that room. In living room the sofa turns into bed that is also quite comfortable. Also roll away bed available. Nice to have kitchen and washing machine. Easy walk up on flight or choose elevator. Somewhat noisy at night from traffic but helps to close shutters. Wonderful stay - would choose again!

Francesco was a great host, arranging airport pickup and drop-off. His property manager, Rosie, couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. The corner apartment is just one flight up, so I didn't need the elevator. It was bright, the kitchen well-equipped, the bathroom big, the bed comfortable. The location made it easy to walk everywhere. I wouldn't hesitate to reserve the apartment again. Thank you Francesco and Rosie!

I agree with all of the positive comments written about this apartment. The location is excellent, it’s in the heart of the heart of bustling Roma, but restfully silent inside. It is spacious, clean and well appointed. Good electrical, wi-fi, televisions, excellent shower - everything worked! Much consideration has been given to ensure the comfort of the guests. (I agree with the other reviewer that “the bed is the most comfortable bed in Europe!”) We stayed for one week. We are seniors and my husband is disabled. He uses a rollator walker (almost useless on the cobblestones here.) So we rented a lightweight, collapsible wheelchair at a local “Farmacia.” The apartment accommodated both contraptions with ease. There was even space in the secure lobby area to stow the wheelchair. The apartment is one flight up a smooth stairway and there is an elevator! An absolute rarity in the Center. The elevator easily accommodated my husband and his walker or the wheelchair. On our arrival Rosie, the housekeeper, gave us an excellent and thorough orientation. Francesco, the owner, was attentive and responsive before and during our stay. He was especially thoughtful and supportive when I thought I had a bankcard issue. We had an excellent stay!

This apartment is perfect for a couple or small family on a short or extended stay in Rome. In the 2.5 months we were in Italy, it was the best apartment we stayed at. The apartment is comfortable, clean, great kitchen for cooking, nice bathroom and building has a lift. The location is in the Pantheon neighborhood and within 10-15 min. walk to The Vatican, the Castle, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Pantheon and Spanish Steps. Great neighborhood vibe and good restaurants nearby. The host Francesco is great and Rosie the greeter was wonderful. We can't wait to return.

Francesco's place is right in the heart of Rome, many of the capital landmarks are minutes away from the apartment. We pretty much walked everywhere, took buses and trams to go to furthest destination but everything within a 30 minute trip. The apartment is lovely, clean, spacious and its perfect for a family of 5. We loved Francesco's place. He and Rosie were really helpful with everything. We will be back.
