We had a great time in this cosy apartement in Morillon. Very well located, next to the Télécabine of Morillon/le Grand Massif. Also the commerces next door (ski rental, bakery, supermarket, restaurants) are very convenient for your stay. We left our car in the garage and did not use it the whole skiing holiday! Apartment is big enough for a (large) family with multiple kids. It has got a well equipped kitchen, comfortable couches, beds already made upon arrival and last but not least: the hot tub indoors. Thanks for the very warm welcome upon arrival!

Apartment very well laid out and equipped. A proper bathroom with decent shower was much appreciated. Right by the gondola so very convienient for skiing. Very nice welcome pack too

An excellent apartment in a super location, unfortunately not able to ski home due to lack of snow but still super convenient. The apartment had everything we needed and so much more. Fantastic communication from Phil. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was really comfortable and had a fantastic location. Storage for our bikes and car was excellent. We were able to walk out the apartment and do a range of activities and eat out when we wanted to. A fantastic holiday overall.

Apartment was spacious enough for two families and all the luggage required for a weeks skiing. Welcome pack was very welcoming and local mini shop provided all we needed for the week. Ski Cave ideal for storage and balcony view amazing. Shame the washing machine failed before our visit but we managed. Communication from the renter was first class running up to and during the trip. Morillon is a nice little village with plenty going on.

Great apartment in a fantastic location - if there's snow in the village it doesn't get any better! Right in front of the main gondola. You can watch the queues from the balcony to decide when is best to get going! Everything you need in the very comfortable apartment including constant hot water. Convenient large boot room. Ski hire on ground floor (busy/peak times book in advance online for best deals). Huge ski area for all abilities. Blue run back to apartment. Great bar on ground floor at the end of the blue run. Suprisingly good value. Morillion is a small pretty village great for families and quiet couples/ groups. Good places to eat. A few bars. Good small supermarket. Fantastic butchers and bakery. You can easily get everything you need here if you like skiing in unpretentious, good value resorts. The owner, Phil, is very prompt in answering queries and very helpul.

Stayed here for 7 days 4 adults 4 children , the apartment was spot on in every way , there was plenty of room for everyone not like normal French accommodation, the lift was directly outside which made it easier in the mornings, morillion is perfect for family's there is not much in the village but it suited us as we had a young family, the gondola opposite to get up to the beginners slope was the only small pain as I had to go there everyday and pay 7.50 euros to take my 2 year old up to the slopes, if you are skiing for a week and have no infants a weekly pass is perfect, if your driving down I parked my vehicle in the lane where the busses park as I had a van which wouldn't fit in the garage which was no problems at all. It's 5 stars for me it was the first time I took my family on a skiing holiday to which they all can't wait to go again.

Wonderful time

A lovely, spacious, well equipped apartment within a few minutes walk of Morillon village. There was plenty of room for 5 of us, and being able to sit out on a balcony on an evening was an added bonus. The apartment comes with really useful downstairs storage space and an internal garage. Unfortunately our car was too high to access the garage but there was ample parking nearby so it didn't cause any problems. There was an amazing welcome pack waiting for us on arrival which after a long car journey was very much appreciated. Communication with the owner was excellent and we would love to stay here again for a future holiday. Thank you!

This was our 6th year in this great apartment and we'll be returning next year. Spacious, clean, comfortable. Fantastic location for ski lift, ski hire, shops and bars. Short transfer from Geneva. Perfect for our group.

Knus appartement, op perfecte locatie. Ondanks dat het appartement voor 7 personen niet al te groot was, hebben we het wel enorm naar onze zin gehad. Alles wat nodig is voor een heerlijke vakantie is aanwezig. De ligging maakt het compleet. Je stapt de deur uit en zo de skilift in. Le Grand Massif is een super mooi gebied, overzichtelijk en voor elk niveau. We hebben genoten.

Fantastic holiday away with extended family ( 4 adults and 4 children). Lubys is perfectly located at the bottom of the gondola ski lift that takes you up to access the ski area at Morillon 1100, but there's also the option to ski back down at the end of the day to just outside the apartment which provides the best of both options. We so over packed!!, no need; there's everything both within the apartment and within the village itself. Morillon is great, its a local village (busy with skiers) with a butchers, bakery, small supermarket, chemist and some good places to eat. There was a street market on the Wednesday and its also worth a walk to Lac Bleu ( a small lake). Parking in the village is free and ample- we parked in the main ski car park as found the space in the underground garage too tight and we had 2 cars anyway, but would perhaps have reconsidered if the weather had been bad. Ample chair lifts and variety of runs with access to various ski areas- would definitely recommend having the full pass for the Grand Massif to give you access to the full area- we skied to Flaine one day during our trip. Thanks Robinsons we had a great time and can't recommend Luby's highly enough.

Everything you need and ideal location for all ages as so close to the telecabine. Quiet complex and apartment very clean.

We have been here 4 times before and would most certainly come here again. This time we came with other friends and there was 6 of us. The apartment which is on the third floor is well equipped if you want to stay in rather than eat out and has everything you need to support 8 + adults eating in including a large "country kitchen" style dinning table, a full cooker with oven and hob, microwave and lots of plates and pans etc. It has three x 3 person sofas (one of which is a sofa bed) plus an armchair in the lounge and a big TV. We have only ever had a maximum of 6 adults in the apartment and as such have had plenty of space. There is one double room, one twin (you can push the beds together if you want) and one bunk bed room with a pull out bottom bed able to sleep two. The garage parking is easy to access but the garage is a bit dark even with the lights on and it is not very well marked as to which space is yours so check carefully. It really is right next to the Gondola and ski pass office which you can see from the balcony and you can ski back to the apartment on a blue run (ski conditions allowing). You can access Morillon, Samoens and Les Carroz easily from the apartment and the Flaine ski area is not far on the ski lifts for which you will need a Grand Massif pass but does not cost much more than an local pass. It is ideal for Blue and Red run skiers. Morillon village its self is quite quiet but has a couple of ski shops, restaurants, a small supermarket a good bakers. There is a market one day a week. There are a few good after ski bars, one of which is at the base of the apartment block next to the lift. (You can't hear the bar from the apartment). Samoens (town) is 5 minute drive and has a large supermarket and provides everything you may need. We have not been to the apartment in the summer but are considering doing so in a few years.

First family skiing holiday and won't be the last. Really loved the apartment which had a real home from home feel. So convenient and view of the mountains was breath taking. Phil was so helpful and all queries answered promptly. Definitely 5 star !

We thoroughly enjoyed our family Christmas together in this great apartment, centrally located in the village of Morillon. Though unlucky with snow depth in Morillon, we were able to enjoy skiing in Flaine and preferred being in a French village environment to a ski resort. Best of both worlds. Lovely restaurants, friendly people and pretty Samoens only a 50 minute walk away along the river. The owner was very helpful and we were very happy with the standard of accommodation and space for a party of eight. We would recommend this accommodation to others and hope to return when there is more snow so that we can also enjoy the close proximity to the ski lifts. A pretty part of France that was new to us. Lubys loft was exactly as described. When we arrived there was fresh bread,jam,orange juice,2 bottles of wine, etc more than we were expecting. There was more than enough room for our family of 5. All rooms were very well presented. A spacious kitchen with plenty of utensils, pots, pans etc. It had a good sized bathroom with bath and shower, then a smaller en-suite with shower, toilet and sink. The living room was also spacious with a couple of playstations, which our boys enjoyed. The wifi was a fantastic also. Lubys loft is in a very good location, great place for walking, running and biking. There is a lake ( LAC BLUE) about 10 min walk away with a restaurant, zip lining, ice-cream stand and more. We had fun times there. Lubys Loft is about an hours drive to Chamonix (great place for shopping) and Lake Annecy, (great place for watersports). I would definitely recommend Lubys Loft to my family and friends. Also had very good communication with owners. Thanks again, The Baileys.

Great location, comfortable apartment with good facility.

We have just returned from our fifth stay in this fabulous property. Extremely comfortable and equipped to a very high standard. Lovely, homely open plan living/ dining/ kitchen area. Fantastic location, above the ski shop, adjacent to the ski lift. Convenient for shops and all amenities in Morillon. Will be returning next year. Great communication with owners.

Had a brilliant skiing holiday staying in Lubys Loft. There were 7 of us in total with plenty of room. Very comfortable, very well equipped and warm! My children even thought the wifi was better than the connection at home!!! Great that it is just by the ski lift so you can check in the morning for when the queue get smaller before you go up! Excellent position with no need for a car. Ski hire shop below were very helpful! Good position in the village with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Small supermarket 5 mins walk away which stocks all the essentials. Would definitley book it again!!

The property is in an excellent location next to the lifts, and lift pass kiosk, with ski hire shops just below. Restaurants are just across the road. We were a party of five, and were very comfortable in the apartment. It is extremely well equipped, very clean and well maintained. The feel of the place is very much a " home from home", and a non- skier could happily spend time there. The owner provided an excellent service, and was very helpful. I would recommend Luby's Loft as an excellent location for a skiing holiday.

If you are looking for convenience this is the apartment for you. We were 6 girls and had plenty of room. Lovely furnishings, immaculately clean and comfortable beds! We could not have wanted anything more. Because everything was so close by, we maximised our short stay. The Gondola is opposite and there is a blue run back down to the apartment. You can book ESF lessons via email and their office is at the top of the gondola. Lift passes bought at kiosk opposite the apartment and ski hire equipment below the apartment. Everyone we met in Morillon was super polite and helpful. Perfect!!
