Host was very helpful and accommodating. Met us in the evening to get us settled in. Gave us the best directions for arrival. Loved having a little terrace. Fantastic location to explore the city of stairs. Very clean and well stocked! Would stay there again

I traveled here with my daughter…and the host offered to arrange a ride from the airport for us, which was SO appreciated….as we were arriving at night. She met us at the entrance to the city and took us to our apartment. I was thankful we traveled with carry-ons because there were quite a few steps to get to our apartment! But it was TOTALLY WORTH IT!! This apartment was clean, full of windows and had a balcony that was fun to enjoy in the mornings. We would definitely come back here!! Croatia is absolutely beautiful and Old Town Dubrovnik is charming! This was a perfect place to stay!!!!

We had the absolute best time celebrating our honeymoon in Dubrovnik. Ivana was so attentive to all that we needed and beyond. She had fantastic recommendations for food and activities and helped us navigate the easiest ways in and out of the city which can be confusing visiting for the first time. Dubrovnik old town has many steps and she was able to meet us at the taxi drop off and show us the best way in the city with the minimum amount of climbing when we had our luggage! I would recommend arranging a taxi through her when arriving, our driver was great and knew exactly where to drop us off so we had the minimal amount of stair climbing and avoided traffic coming into town. The apartment felt like a home away from home, Ivana has fully stocked the place and thought of every detail. The location is very central to everything which was nice when we needed to take a break from the heat. We will definitely be staying here next time we are in Dubrovnik and I cannot recommend this apartment enough!

Ivana the host met us in town to direct us to the property and show us in. Made helpful suggestions for dinners and things around Dubrovnik. Cold beer in the fridge upon arrival and welcome wine bottle were most appreciated. Great location in the old city. Really enjoyed the views from the outside balcony. Didn’t get to use the washing machine, but was helpful to have access to one if needed. Air conditioning was so great to come home to during the hot afternoons. Host helped us arrange parking for our rental car while staying in the old city.

This apartment was the perfect spot for our 3 day trip to Dubrovnik. It is spacious, clean, and in a wonderful location. All communication with Ivana was smooth and helpful, especially her restaurant recommendations! We would absolutely stay here again during our next trip!

I can't imagine a nicer venue and location in old town Dubrovnik. The apartment is off a stone staircase on one of the historic alleys parallel to the main drag. Make sure to enter at the main north gate to avoid coming down long flights of steps with luggage. The property inside is incredibly well renovated. It has all the modern conveniences, but retains its old world charms. The small balcony outside has incredibly charming views in both directions. The host was fabulous, meeting us at the apartment forboth checkin and checkout. Her recommendations for activities, stores and restaurants were spot on. Be aware that you must bring your luggage a couple of hundred yards into the Old Town, plus up a narrow flight of stairs. But its worth it. The only problem we had was parking. We parked our rental car at a town parking garage a 1/4 mile away and were stunned to have the final bill be over $300 after only three days of parking.

Our 2-day stay might have been too short to see all that Dubrovnik has to offer, but the apartment and Ivana were just right. The place is spacious enough that friends came over and we played bridge at the kitchen island. Well- appointed kitchen, bathroom amenities, washing machine (!!!) and the perfect location for touring and seeing the Dubrovnik sights. PVC double paned windows kept the place quiet at night and let lots of light in during the day. Mini-split AC in the living room and one in the bedroom kept us perfectly cool. Highly recommend. Ivana helped us check in and out, and also with an emergency with a list item.

What a great location and excellent accommodations.

Our stay began with our host, Ivana, meeting us near the Pile Gate. This made it easy for us to find our rental with the fewest number of steps involved. Ivana also met us upon check out to take us to the taxi that she had arranged for our trip to the airport. So accommodating! The location in central Old Town was perfect, we were close to everything! Loved the view from our balcony! Perfect for two people.

We booked five nights here and each day and evening were spectacular. The outside terrace was our favourite spot to start and end the day. We loved making our own coffee and sitting out listening to the morning activities around us. The best time and highly recommend it!

The apartment had the perfect location, very clean. The extraordinary host. Ivana, was so helpful and quick to respond. She even coordinated a car service from the airport, met us at Old Town and escorted us to the apartment. I highly recommend this place.

The property is amazingly well managed. I'm talking about sharp knives, great pillows (and some choices too), a dishwasher for goodness sake! The apartment is VERY well cared for and Ivana helped us with some tourist-type questions too. Our only mistake for our trip was renting a car too early in our stay. Sticking to the water, boats, swimming, islands, as well as the old town, was the best approach for us to Dubrovnik. Aloha, Barbara

My husband and I stayed at the apartment for 2 weeks in July. Everything about it was perfect. The location is in the middle of Dubrovnik, but completely private and quiet inside. I began my day and ended my evening (every day) on the balcony. It is a perfect little outside space. The apartment is attractive, clean, comfortable and the air conditioner works great! Along with the lovely apartment, you get the treasure of the manager Ivana. She has great suggestions and is super quick to respond to questions. If you go, here are some of our highlights - 1. Taj Mahal (Bosnian) Restaurant - make reservations and there are some dishes that you need to order 24 hours ahead of time. Chicken Leon was one of the best things I ate during our trip. 2. Day trips to Cavtat, Ston, Trogir and Korcula. We had a car and the drive is spectacular. But I'm pretty sure ferries also have service to those places. 3. If Lindo is performing, GO! It is traditional Croatian dancing and singing. And it is wonderful! We would have gone twice if we could have. 4. If you have a car, drive to Konoba and go to Vinica Monkovic restaurant. They have covered porches on an enchanting babbling river. It is a magical! I think you can also walk along the river. You might want to call there for reservations too if you want a table on the river. We got lucky that a reservation had just been cancelled when we stumbled upon it. There are plenty of tables near the river - but I wanted to be right on top of it. Croatia is a beautiful country. I felt EXTREMELY safe everywhere we went. Most everyone speaks perfect English. Driving is SO easy - parking is a different story, but Ivana found affordable parking for us. It was a little hike to get to, but not terrible. If we didn't feel like walking up the hill, we just got a taxi.

We stayed for three nights in early September and couldn’t have been happier. We were met by Ivana at the entrance to Old Town and then shown to the property (up two/three sets of easy stairs). She made recommendations of restaurants in the area and was easily contactable. Apartment is lovely with everything that you’d need and the location is amazing as you can head back for an hour or two respite during the day when the crowds get a bit too much

We thoroughly enjoyed our oasis in the middle of Old Town during our visit to Dubrovnik! We spent the evenings relaxing on the balcony while listening to the lively Dubrovnik sounds. However, with the windows we had no problem sleeping despite the busy location. Our host went above & beyond with sight-seeing & restaurant locations as well as airport transportation. Dubrovnik is a beautiful city & this is the perfect central location for your stay.

First of all, Ivana was a terrific host. She helped us from the moment we arrived, from offering restaurant suggestions to sites to see, all laid out nicely on a city map. She also made sure we had her contact number in case we needed anything. However, we lacked for nothing. The apartment was well stocked, with beer in the fridge, a welcome bottle of wine, and a bowl of fresh fruit. As for the apartment itself, the only thing missing for us was a cat!!! We had all we needed plus more, and the place was spotless. Yes, there is a somewhat rambunctious restaurant close by, but if you close the windows, the noise is non existent. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to be in the heart of old Dubrovnik in a beautiful, private apartment. Thank you, Ivana!

I had a great time in this lovely apartment. It has everything you need, and more (like a balcony with grapevines growing on it!) It was wonderful to have this beautiful oasis to come back to after a day in the hot sunshine. I love Dubrovnik, and staying here made me love it even more. I also really appreciated all of Ivana's thoughtful touches like great restaurant guidance and even a selection of hats to borrow! It felt like home-- only better!

Really loved the flat & location, great amenities! BUT bring good silicone ear plugs because the trash cans can be heard every day @ 5am & expect late night partying on Sat night. If you have heavy luggage, enter through the Pile gate as there are only 10 steps to the flat. Coming in the North gate while shorter & less crowded is at least 50 steps. Plus there are 12-15 steps from the front door to the flat (2nd floor). Ivana was really helpful with great recommendations & arranged a pick up at the airport for E35 (worth it for first timers). Plus she answered any questions & can arrange tours outside Old Town. All in all worth the money, we really en joyed our stay

The apartment was in a perfect location. Lots of stairs, but it was good for us. Ivana insisted on carrying my bag for me. We walked to everything in town. We had great restaurant recommendations, a stocked refrigerator,and a notebook covered every contingency. We would go back in a minute.

The appt we rented in old town was lovely. About 2 flights of stairs up one of the side streets from the main concourse. Another flight of stairs up from the front door to the second floor. No big deal, there is far worse to climb in old town. The unit was nicely remodeled and had everything we needed to cook, relax, and enjoy the sounds of Dubrovnik. Yes it may be a little noisy as you are directly above two restaurants in the alley, but the modern windows sealed most of the noise out, plus earplugs were provided but we didn’t need to use them. Top notch place. I could live there for a season! Small balcony was very time to have a snack, or glass of wine. Very rare to get a balcony in old town. Ivana was a perfect host.
