Die Lage ist sehr gut, 250 Meter vom Strand entfernt und genau so weit in die Stadt. Alles in direkter Nähe. Top Lage. Wohnung ist in Ordnung, nur sehr hellhörig. Das Schnarchen aus der Nachbarwohnung hat man nachts deutlich gehört...Das Bad war sauber und in gutem Zustand. Das Mobiliar ist leider sehr alt und stinkig. Man konnte die Schränke nicht benutzen weil der Gestank der alten Möbel unerträglich war. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ziemlich schlecht. Internet funktionierte nicht. Handtücher alt und zerrissen, unterschiedliche Größen und Farben. Dreckige Decke. Dafür 150 Euro Kaution, obwohl keiner was übergeben hat, auch keine Abnahme am Ende stattfand. Liegen mussten zusätzlich bezahlt werden. Würde man ein wenig Geld in die Ausstattung investieren, wäre das eine tolle Wohnung in der man sich wohl fühlt. Aktuell ist Preis /Leistungsverhältnis nicht besonders gut.

The apartment lived up to our expectations, plenty of room for our needs. We were 2 adults and 2 small children. The balcony is very large, the area is quiet, very close to the beach. The beach is very large, excellent for children, the water as well. The store is also very close where you can buy anything you need. A 10 minute walk away you can also find Eurospar with lower prices. You pay extra for air conditioning, but I recommend taking a fan with you, which is enough. The entrance door broke towards the end of the stay and we were stuck inside for about 2-3 hours until it was fixed by a very kind and skilled person sent by the agency.

The Internet is available but cannot be used, you are disconnected very often and it is unusable. This is a big minus. I had problems with a leak under the sink in the bathroom, which was fixed by a plumber. After a few days the problem reappeared but it didn't bother us anymore, we enjoyed our stay.

Extrakosten: Klima, Strandliege Das Mobiliar ist echt renovierungsbedürftig, jeder Schrank hat Macken, die folierung der Küchenschränke kam uns entgegen, Schrank im Schlafzimmer ging nur mit Gefühl zu.

Problem with the internet connection, air condition for the extra fee

Location of apartment is really great. About 100mt of walking distance to the sea. Parking is on the premise and protected by sun. Apartment is is big enough for 6 people,we were 4 and it was just great. Outside there is a big terrace. Building also has elevator.

Communication could be much better. I asked for a check in between 13-14o clock and got confirmation from the reception, but when we arrived in was closed due to lunch. So we needed to wait. After we checked in it was another surprise. Room was not ready, because apparently check in is not the same as checking into apartment. It was another 3 hours that we needed to wait. We were traveling with 2 small kids, so it was not fun to wait again. Also if we look for apartment with AC and if option with AC are shown this price could include this, not that this is extra charge. All costs MUST be shown upfront!

Location, it´s right in the centre, beach is clean - showers, toilets

We had very bad smell in apartment when we arrive, later i found smelly rag under sink, later we used air conditionig - we had another smell because ther was mold, later we had water dropping and we pay for it 10€/day 👎 so i think they were not ready for season, they just clean apartment but not checked other things like air conditioning.

Very close to the beach! The apartment was big enough,the bathroom enough,with shower and window . Right in front of the house is a mini market

We had no warm weather!! It was not so clean,the floor was sticky the kitchen walls not so clean,the eating table was also sticky, under the beds full of spiders nest( and we had to pay 60€ For the cleaning of the apartment before we take it,60€ more if we didn’t clean the apartment before we go) the place ist not right in the center but it ist also very loud in the early morning and late night
