The staff response was not what is expected of a Hotel like Novotel

The pool was the only thing worth being appreciated. The room view too was fine. However it would take immense effort on our part to make a bucket list of even THREE things we might have liked.

Nothing worth being appreciated. No news paper. House keeping staff are extremely unprofessional. Seems like the hotel functions with interns and the only intent that the management professes is squeezing out more from guests. No one could actually explain the difference in price between a normal room compared to a junior suit which we occupied. They charged nearly ₹5,000/- on account of an early check in at 9:30AM in place and stead of 11:00 AM Rooms were not regularly cleaned by the housekeeping. The housekeeping staff took more than an hour to respond to any requirements or requests, such as making beds etc. Upkeep is poor to say the least and staff substandard compared to a brand like Novotel. The feel seemed to be like a local 3star suburban property with poor management and 3rd grade staff.

Nothing is good at property....a dirty unmaintained property run by un-profastional staff from front desk to kitchen along with service staff either junior or senior..... recommend to avoid this choose some other good property...many better options at Lucknow..

They don’t have amenities for kids play

Good food& the service was exceptional.

Shower station was slippery & the jet had tremendous pressure.

Ac not working, given room 619 which was below the pool continuous sound of the machine from the terrace pool, it was a horrible stay. Reception staff inexperience can't manage crowd and are unable to resolve issues and take decisions which let so many guest frustrated

breakfast and food was not up to the mark example there were no tongs used by the staff while laying the bakery products .. some hygiene issues like tables not cleaned well
