House did not have Street number on it. Mouse infested, they eat our snack on the table. Landlord need to do pest control.

Clean and lots of cooking tools.

Check in too late considering the location, weather and activity around. We had to wait in a coffee shop that was closing. Kitchen and living room furniture are tired.

Received excessive amounts of emails, booked the day of, with pages and pages of "instructions". No SMS with code for lockbox. Noone would answer the phones in the office and when they did it was no help. Couldn't find #2 at first as there were no signs. The TV was broken and no compensation was given, like promised. No TV, WiFi, or radio so if a storm or fire was coming we wouldn't have known. Sofa was broken (they fixed with a piece of cardboard box under the cushions) and dog hair on the slipcover. Heated floor in the hall wouldn't work but the bathroom worked fine. No ventilation for the dryer and the washing machine smelled mouldy. Too many personal items in the rental like yoga equipment, copious amounts of dishes, glasses, serving platters, pots and pans. It only sleeps 2 people come on, you need only 4 of everything nothing more. Because of that there was no room to store food. No fan for circulation/cooling. Wall mounted electric heaters in bedroom and living. Just put in a split system. No outdoor furniture but overlooked unit #1 that seemed to be storing all the outdoor furniture.

The kitchen facilities are good and apartment is clean and pet friendly

The TV stopped working on the 2nd day, we rang and got voicemail saying a call out fee of $50.00 would be charged so we did not pursue this and went without TV. Only one role of toilet paper for 3 night stay. No instructions in apartment on how to use facilities.

The property was very clean.

we have stayed here before however this time there were guests staying in the upstairs apartment. Whilst they were not noisy per se the soundproofing was terrible. We could hear the upstairs guests waking, searing, eating, showering and conversing. Very disappointing and we probably won’t be back ☹️
