This is the best house we ever rented, our holiday was fantastic! the owner of the house Spyros was super welcoming and helpful with all the necessary advices. the house was fully equipped with absolutely everything you could imagine and very clean. The garden surrounding the villa was marvelous, possibility for barbecue and shower outside was great. Thank you Spyros, we had the best time ever thanks to you.

- very well kept villa with many small things that are so convenient: we had a feeling that the host listens to the wishes of guests and fulfills all of them until no wish is left, - the villa is located just 200 meters from the beach, but you can get silence and peace just like in a countryside: we did not see or feel any neighbor, - the third shower outside the villa with warm water is a great extra when you come from the beach and would not like to enter the villa being wet. You can get a shower in the garden and enter villa clean and dry, - there are three doors to enter/leave the villa - main door, the door from the kitchen and door from one of the bedrooms - the grill area is perfectly equipped and very inviting to have food in the garden

- usually, I can find issues that can be improved, but not in this case. Fantastic!

The place was as advertised, no disappointments.

Spiros, thank you very much for the wonderful villa and the warm welcome to Corfu. The house was located in a perfect location with a quiet and private garden away from the city. Even so it was only a few minute away from shops and cafes along the beach front. Some of the shopping could have been done right there in the garden. Cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, chilies and much more was at our disposal straight from the garden. This was a great addition to the bbq spot that we managed to use quit frequently for really nice home cooked meals. We really enjoyed the little touches of providing some of the first necessities, such as snacks, water and household items. For the first time in our numerous travels we did not have to rush to the store within the first hours of arrival.

We loved our stay at Villa Magia so much. Katerina and the house owner were so kind and made sure we got everything we needed. The property is beautiful and looks even better than the photos. The accomodation is super close to a beautiful beach, supermarkets, restaurants & bars, and bus stops that take you to corfu town or paleokastritsa for example.

We stayed at villa Magia for 3 weeks and it was really true magic Close to wonderful beach, very clean and comfortable house Spiros the owner is really nice and gentle person who helped us every time we needed It’s wonderful place for vacation with kids. We loved the indoors and outdoors. The kids especially loved to collect fresh vegetables from the garden. Hope to come back next year
