This apartment really exceeded our expectations. It's right in the old town center, it has everything you need, comfy beds, nice looking apartment, clean, good shower. We really enjoyed our stay there.

There is no parking, but the host gave a great tip to park on a public parking that is a few km away for only 20 kn a day.

The host is so concerned. Very easy to reach car park.

Quality of the used materials, the great location

Everything was perfect. I would have expected a dishwasher in this type of apartment but since we only had breakfast in the apartment, it was not a real issue for us. The parking on poljana is quite expensive (10 kuna per hour, also during the night)but the owner recommended other parkings that were cheaper.

Everything was just perfect! Location right in the center of the city, yet a minute away from the garage (very convenient if you are travelling by car). Apartment was super clean, had everything we needed, beautifully decorated. Sanda was so helpful host and she provided us with useful information during our stay. We even had early check in, because apartment was free that day!

Everything was perfect! Sanda and her husband Roko were very accommodating and easy to communicate with! The apartment we stayed in was absolutely perfect and location couldn’t be better! We had housekeeping come in every other day to tidy up a little and change sheets as well! I have nothing but great things to say about our experience with Rialto Apartment crew! 😊

The apartment is situated at a square of the old city center. Especially on Friday and Saturday there is party time in the pedestrian zone. Sometimes it is necessary to close the windows to keep the noise out. But this is the price you have to pay if you want to stay in the city center.

Perfect apartment in the centre of historical city. We were very satisfied. We recommend it. Parking place for charge is close. Apartment is modern and cosy.

The apartment is very nice and spacious, and the location is amazing, right in the middle of everything. The arrival was very easy as we were provided with an entrance pin and it was explained to us where to park the car.

+ location is pefect - in the old town but no stairs to get there and really close to the underground parking lot + good sound isolation from the noices in the street - it is really loud with the windows open, but once you close them all it gets really quiet + really easy check in + easy to find the apartment + nice and modern decor, clean + AC in both rooms + huge comfy bed + good and fast communication with the owners + very good wifi connection + Sibenik is a beautiful town, we wanted to stay 1 night but prolonged our stay to 2 :)

- there was no warm water on the last day, maybe some construction/renovation works caused it as there was no problem on the first 2 days - parking lot is next to the apartment but keep in mind that it is a pricey one (10kn/h whereas other public parkings are usually 6kn/h, which makes a difference if you're staying for a couple of days)

I had a great stay in the Rialto apartment, it’s in the old town of Sibenik. Everything you need is around. The host and the apartment are really nice, you’ve everything you need and a great comfort! The host is really nice, we were writing always if I needed something to change or any help. I really recommend this amazing place and i would come for sure back!

Warm welcome by Roberta! This apartment is sensational. Attention to every detail is evident and we were very happy here. It was so nice to have a kitchen where we could prepare breakfasts and also dinner one night. Beds & linens, were wonderful. Central location in old town allows for great exploring, restaurants and activities. We hope to return again!

While we liked the location of this apt, it would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. There is no way to even drop off luggage close by - one must walk with it from wherever they are able to find a parking space. Free parking is a 15 min hike and did not feel safe to leave our rental in that lot. Officials are very diligent with writing tickets immediately upon expiration of parking pass. We left with 2 parking ticket "souvineers" as we were there on the weekend and they would only accept payment of tickets on weekdays at the parking /police station. Plan to pay 80,000 kuna (~$15) per day to park on the street if you can find a space. Wish we had not had to figure all this out on our quick visit...

Very modern and very comfortable apartment. Old building with newly renovated interior. Two air conditioning units kept the place nice and cool. The location is perfect. You can open the window and look around on nice historical buildings and people passing by. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to our friends.
