Very clean and comfortable apartment with everything we needed for our stay. We were fortunate to visit Cordoba during the Festival De Patios with many of the open houses nearby. The apartment is away from the primary tourist areas which was nice. Carmen and Rafael were excellent hosts. Highly recommended!

We had a very pleasant stay in this property. It was very well located and there was a private car park to park our hired car. We looked out on a very pretty patio area.

Very well located and clean propoerty. carmen is extremely helpful and an execptional hoster. Do not miss the "palacio de Viana" (5 minutes away from home), try the local restaurants recommend by her such as "cafe sanri" (2 minutes away), and "El Choto" in the "juderia".

Carmen was very welcoming when we arrived. The apartment was well equipped for our one week stay. Good location. We walked everywhere. Carmen lives in the building and was available for any help we needed. She even helped lug our heavy suitcases up the stairs. Would recommend this apartment.

This is a nicely maintained property although I would not classify it as luxury. Neighboring sounds transmit easily so you will hear whomever is next to you. For the 10 nights we were there, this was sometimes a problem. The property is located in the older part of the city in a working neighborhood which gives it life. It is a fair but easy walk to the more touristic areas, as well as to the better restaurants. We had a pleasant stay overall.

Carmen was the perfect hostess. The apartment was very clean, had all the necessary facilities and was conveniently located for the old part of the city. Excellent!

This was a wonderful flat and base to experience the old city of Córdoba. Very conveniently located within walking distance to the hot spots allowing you a chance to explore the historical centre. We stayed in Cordoba for one night and the apartment was great for our needs. It had a nice kitchen, large bed, good living space and overlooked a beautiful courtyard. The location was great- cute neighborhood and about 15-20 min to the main attractions, but plenty to do and see on the way. Carmen was so sweet! And there is free secure parking downstairs. It was a little hard to find, but overall a great experience and would recommend.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Carmen's apartment in Cordoba. Carmen and her son met us and guided us to their off-street parking spot. She was very helpful in pointing out the local grocery, bakery, and dining spots. Because of those tips, we had the two best meals of our two week trip to Spain and Portugal in Cordoba! The apartment is a bit small, but can easily sleep 4. It was well-equipped, clean, and quiet. A small problem we had was that the street the apartment is on is small and was not in the GPS system we were using. Plaza San Andrés and San Andrés Catholic Church is within 100 ft of the apartment and makes a good landmark. Printing out that area using Google Maps would also be a good idea. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would be happy to stay there again!

Carmen (and her son, who speaks English) were extremely nice and helpful to find the apartment, park our car and with the check-in. We were in Cordoba during Semana Santa with many street closures due to the processions so we parked the car in the private garage and were able to walk to La Mezquita and everywhere else. Muchas gracias Carmen!

We rented the apartment for a week in March. It was an excellent choice. Exactly as described in text and photographs. Lovely courtyard. In a quiet street but close to useful shops. Great bakery round the corner and near many good supermarkets that were always surprisingly larger than the frontages would suggest. Plenty of choice Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance but the bus system was very comprehensive and cheap. Even walked to the railway station but that was admittedly a 30 minute trip. Carmen was more than helpful and that added to the vacation. Well equipped apartment with all you could need including strong WiFi. Has a real bath! Washing blew happily in the wind on the upper level. Many good restaurants in the vicinity. Don't miss the Mezquita - amazing,- and don't forget the bell tower and visit the Alkazar with its lovely gardens including the hydraulic organ! To avoid the queues at the Alkazar use a local guide. Plenty available and they get you to the front of the line. Well worth it. Spend a while at the patios at the Viana Palace, such a peaceful place. We took side trips to Ronda and Granada by train and bus.

Nuestra estancia en Córdoba fue estupenda, Carmen fue muy amable desde el primer momento y muy flexible en los horarios de entrada y salida. El piso es muy bonito y muy bien situado, todo estaba muy limpio ordenado. La plaza de garaje definitivamente fue de una gran ayuda para dejar nuestro coche en un lugar muy seguro. Carmen fue una gran anfitriona, definitivamente volveríamos a hospedarnos con ella.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and quite spacious for the two of us with an extremely valuable underground parking space - although it is not necessary to use a car because it is so easy to walk to most of the sights. Carmen, the owner, made us feel very welcome and provided us with very helpful information regarding visits and local tapas bars & restaurants. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again when we next visit the city.
