The kitchen facility and options to air condition separate areas were great. Great view and staff took care of us even though we ran into a surprising problem, owners were understanding.

How the front door sounded like it would scratch the property. The garage was a tad small for the SUV we drove in. The kitchen was oddly warmer than the rest of the property.

excellent house, very comfortable, well fitted out with everything you could need, several nice verandahs and living spaces inside and outside.

this listing says “pet friendly” including in the house policies section, with no mention that dogs are not allowed inside. this is a very nasty surprise when you turn up with indoor dogs or when the rather rude staff at Port Stephen’s Accommodation tell you the day before you arrive. beware dog owners - this house is not as pet friendly as the listing implies. an honest and transparent listing is required to avoid considerable stress and inconvenience for indoor dog owners.

Polly's View was everything and more for our family holiday. The property was well equiped with everything you could possibly imagine from the quality appliances and kitchen utensils to the tastefully styled loungerooms and bedrooms. They have literally thought of everything at this property. Upon arrival we recieved a bag of goodies and a bottle of wine which was so lovely. The photos of the property do not do it proper justice as the view was absolutely amazing and we were all pleasantly suprised. Bagnalls Beach is just across the road and it is close enough to everything else in the Nelson Bay area. We would happily recommend this place to anyone thinking of booking it for a family getaway. It was well worith every cent and you will not be disappointed.

Property advertised as pet friendly. Only mention of pets not being welcome inside the house was a note on the wall after we arrived. Property uses a real estate agent to manage the property. Service from them was awful including trying to double charge us and then not ringing back after we rang to complain.

Spacious, modern, very well laid out, good location, nice serene views, convenient, all amenities , well stocked kitchen.

Govt Road a little noisy but not a big deal. Property made up for it.
