We loved the balcony overlooking the bay and the bayside walk to Nelson Bay

Great location

A few things were broken.

close to Nelson bay township and harbour. clean and spacious

needs a new garbage bin.. was very hard to open. a couple if the lights were out and the clock on the wall had stopped Good idea to have instructions to use fan and light remotes in description say there is a porta cot available.

Great location. Beautiful views overlooking the water. Close enough to town to walk (if you wanted to).

The only problem we had was with the locks and keys. Every time we came back it was a real struggle to gain access into ALL doors - garage, main building and the unit. Maybe locks need updating. And there were more keys than needed, so a bit confusing.

There was no breakfast. Location was fantastic being central in the Bay with awesome water views. Unit was very clean and well equipped.

Misleading address of Victoria Parade. Tenants need to be made aware that on arrival car access is via Nash Lane. The lounge suite desperately needs replacing as it is badly sunken.

The apartment is really well stocked with all the essentials to have a great stay. It is in a great location just across the road from the beach and a 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants.

The walls are paper thin so if there are noisy neighbours, you hear everything.
