We had a great stay with friends celebrating a 60th birthday! This place had everything we needed to make it a comfortable, relaxing and fun couple days! Andrew was the best property manager I have ever dealt with! His communication was top notch! Overall I would rate our experience a 10 if that was possible!

The house and pool were fantastic. It rained most of the week we visited so we were thankful to have a nice house and patio to enjoy since we couldn't go to the beach that much. Online description is very accurate.

The home was exactly as described! It was clean and spacious. The outdoor space was also beautiful. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Truly a dream. The house is absolutely fabulous. We have been coming to Marco for years but this was the best time yet and it was all because of this beautiful home. The management company was incredible to work with. We tried to rent the same home for the following year but it was not available. But we were so impressed with the management company - we have rented another home with them. We will be back to this home when it’s available! Thanks for the memories!

This Marco Island house was perfect for our 2 families, 4 adults and 2 teenagers. The house is even better than the pictures. Morning coffee on the dock watching the sunrise was the best way to start the day. We rented a boat and it was easy to dock and navigate in and out of the canals. We enjoyed the pool everyday. Had a couple minor maintenance issues that the agency addresses quickly. 2nd time for us on Marco Island, hopefully when we come back we’ll be able to stay in this house again.

Beaches were great!

Pros- Perfect size house for a family of six adults. Location is amazing. Being on the canal we rented a pontoon and the house kayak and fishing rods provided endless entertainment. The pool and hot tub are gorgeous. Table tennis in garage was great fun. Cons- having to pick up the keys from an office rather than just use a lockbox is a little inconvenient. No paper towel, no bath tissue, one or two trash bags, no cleaning supplies of any kind were provided. Very inconvenient and annoying as we had to purchase everything. The freezer ice maker kept jamming and the filter needs changing, the water tasted awful out of the fridge so we had to buy water bottles which isn’t good for the environment. Overall great trip, good house and the location is amazing. Would book again.

All the comfort of home with a beautiful view. The home is pristine and very well stocked. The rooms were beautifully decorated and multifunctional. The beds were super comfortable. The location is central to all the shops and stores. If available, we will definitely rent this home again!

The house was beautiful and the outdoor spaces was wonderful. Loved the dock for morning coffee and evening wind down. Most of all, we very much appreciated the property manager who addressed an air conditioning issue immediately! I would highly recommend this house.

House was gorgeous with beautiful setting! Fantastic pool on waterfront canal , nice dock where we were able to see dolphins swimming every day. There were some minor issues with flat tires on the bikes provided there, but the kayaks were nice to paddle up and down the canal. Also beach access was too far to walk but there was a pull along cart to use or you had to load stuff up in car and then pay $8.00 for parking. Also we were disappointed that the closest beach access to house was a private residence only beach. It would be nice IF you could get a pass from owner of house to get on that beach and use facilities including tmhe private bar and grill! Nothing to do with the house BUT did not like the distance one had to walk from your car to get to the beaches on Marco Island! Loved the beds and comfy couch. High end furnishings and you cannot beat the views on the canal! House was not ready by 4:00 pm check in time, maids were still cleaning after 5

Four couples (golf enthusiasts) enjoyed the home for a week. Location was great with all necessities convenient to the house. Home is very "airy" and open. Back porch overlooking waterway was great for relaxing and grilling. Pool and spa were beautiful and refreshing after a day of golfing or boating (dolphin tour). We plan on returning next year as we continue our golf outing vacation for the 17th year in 2016.

We couldn't have asked for a more accommodating home! We had 6 adults & 3 children (ages 4 & under). This was the perfect spot for us. We were all very comfortable in the home....the living room couch held our whole family while we enjoyed a few Christmas movies, the kitchen was perfect for preparing an amazing island inspired Christmas dinner, and the pool, spa, and dock were so relaxing!! The rental company helped us with arranging a crib and stroller and a few other things... Our entire experience was great.... Not a single complaint. We also enjoyed the dinner cruise at the Rose Marina....we would also give that great reviews!! I would not hesitate to revisit this home or Marco Island!

Paradise! Your Marco Island home exceeded our expectations in terms of the location and all of the amenities that the lovely home has to offer. Although we typically spend the majority of our vacation time at the beach we found ourselves spending most of our time at the house enjoying the refreshing pool and spa, kayaking on the canals, fishing off and relaxing on the awesome new dock, riding bicycles, and utilizing the fully stocked kitchen and grill to prepare some tasty meals. After participating in the Turkey Trot race in Naples on Thanksgiving morning, we prepared a full turkey dinner with all the trimmings while enjoying the beautiful water views that the home offers. The Sonos sound system was also a big hit that we thoroughly enjoyed. We could not have been happier from the time we first walked in the door until we were packing up to leave and we marveled how most everything a vacationer would need is provided for in your beautiful home. The weather cooperated and we did find time to leave the home and have a couple of nice dinners on the water at Snook Inn and Capri Fish House. We also played miniature golf which is about two miles away and visited the Miromar outlets on the way back to the airport on our return trip home. We would love to find our way back to Marco Island and your home for a future vacation - it was delightful!!

This is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a family getaway, and it is definitely home away from home. The house was perfect, everything has been put in place with lots of taste, yet according to this slice of paradise. It was immaculately clean, fully equipped, just perfect. We had a wonderful family time, baked home made pizza and family meals, spent time at the beach, picked shells, took walks and rode bikes. At the house, the swimming pool and spa, wrapped around with the water views were awesome. Having beach items and bicycles was a plus. We all went for a ride and left the bikes ready for the next renters. The management company, Marco Island Property, was also very customer oriented. We made a call to have something fixed and it was taken care of in a blink of an eye. Would love to go back next year! Thanks!

Had a wonderful relaxing time with my family.The house is just perfect,and the pool and jacuzzi where fabulous after a day of kayaking, or spending a day at the beach.Having the bikes around where great for a nightime ride to the beach to catch the sunset.Every restaurant we went to had excellent food.My boys enjoyed fishing off the seawall in the back yard,they even got a glimpse of a couple of dolphins.Would love to visit again!

We loved this house! First time renting a house on vacation and it couldn't of been any more perfect! The house was so comfortable, luxury, and a perfect location! The owners had all instructions, recommendations, etc all clearly available! They have pool toys, bikes, beautiful linens, beach chairs and all the comforts to make your vacation perfect! Would love to rent and stay there again!!!
