Nice chalet, very well equipped and enough rooms and space to welcome 8 peoples with kids and dog. The place is quiet and charming.

We have ordered to use the jacuzzi (hot tube) and the temperature has never been better than warm. The property management is quiet low level: difficulty to communicate in English and has created issue with Booking despite we have paid cash for extra services in accordance with list price. We were thinking to rent the place for Christmas, and it is simply a no due to property management behavior.

Location was ideal for a family and friends group and loved that the kids were busy playing table tennis and pool

Wifi connection was poor so have to use roaming and breakfast options limited

The house is beautiful and in a great location near to Zakopane and walking routes There were walking maps in the house The kitchen was fully stocked for more than 10 people Netflix on the TV was a good addition for the rainy days

As the house is pet friendly, the blankets had animal hair all over them which wasn't great for my friend with allergies For a house meant for 10, the socialising space was too small We were not told about the 7hrs to heat up the hot tub or the extra charge, which meant we used it only once. This was the most disappointing bit
