Great location with fairly quick walking times to all the major attractions. Also seemed like one of the safest places in the city. Located right next to one of the government buildings with 24/7 police presence!

The only issue I had with the place was that there could be a few more signs hung up to let the guest know where to check in and where the elevator is located. ( elevator is located kind of in a dark, unmarked area) My only complaint!

Very nice breakfast. Juice, coffee, pastries, bread, ham, cheese, yoghurt and muesli. Plenty of food served quickly at the table. More coffee and juice by request. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was very modern and clean.

Ci hanno servito quindi l'Italian Breakfast, composta da succo di frutta yogurt cereali, frutta fresca,panini, brioche, mini muffin, marmellate e caffè o cappucino a seconda di cosa si desiderava. tutto buonissimo e anche molto abbondante..per mia sopresa mi hanno portato anche dei pancake con una candelina sopra perchè festeggiavo il mio compleanno. Molto carini e servizievole tutto lo staff.

It was modern but very authentic Rome at the same time. Breakfast was special not the usual buffet and it was more than enough and delicious. Staff was always helpful they made it possible to check in early because I told them I was pregnant and it helped a lot! Location is top, most of the important sights are within walking distance.

It was a bit hot in the room but we couldn’t control, tried to switch it off as suggested but it didn’t work:( tried opening windows but it was noisy that way, at least we knew that way the building is quite soundproof!

Breakfast could have been improved

I found the staff were amazing. So helpful, friendly and accommodating. Went the extra mile for guests. Breakfast staff also personality and polite and accommodating. I wish I remembered all yr names but just great . Location fabulous! Behind gates in historic lanes right in the heart of this bright beautiful city. Thank u so much :)

Great location near the Pantheon. Could walk most places. Staff is very friendly. Hotel is very charming mix of modern with antiquities.

First two nights, there was no air conditioning in our room. It was July. They did finally get it turned on. No counter space in bathroom-just pedestal sinks. Teeny tiny elevator took several rounds with the luggage. No lobby but there was a shared space on our floor. No view from rooms. City View means you’re looking at the back of neighbor’s apartments or alley with trash. There is not an iron in the room, you have to ask but it’s shared so you can’t keep it.

Customer service and great A/C

Exterior: The hotel's outside appearance was not pleasing and somewhat hidden from the busy street. Elevator: The elevator was small, which could be inconvenient for guests, especially during busy periods. First room: Unfortunately, my initial room had mold in the bathtub, which is not ideal and raises concerns about cleanliness. Customer service: The positive aspect is that when I brought the mold issue to their attention, they promptly upgraded me to a presidential suite. This shows good customer service and an effort to rectify the situation. Presidential suite: The upgraded room was very spacious and had an upgraded bathroom, which was nice and likely made up for the previous inconvenience. Breakfast: The hotel's breakfast setup was different from what you might expected. Instead of a buffet style, they offered a sit-down service, bringing croissants, meats, muffins, yogurt, cereal, juice, and coffee to your table. However, they also had a menu for other breakfast options with prices listed, indicating that these might come at an additional charge. Comparison with other hotels: I noticed that other hotels in Italy had a large selection of buffet breakfast style food, and they offered various items like scrambled eggs, omelettes, and bacon as part of the free breakfast, which was not the case at this hotel. Overall, it seems like the hotel had both positive and negative aspects. The upgrade to the presidential suite was a nice gesture to compensate for the mold issue, but the breakfast experience and limited complimentary options were a bit disappointing compared to other hotels.

The decor is gorgeous, the location is excellent and the bed was super comfy.

The breakfast was just ok. The eggs (warm breakfast) was an extra charge.

I didn’t realise I was getting bathroom. I would’ve gone for one of the biggest sweets upstairs if I’d known

The location was amazing. It was within walking distance to almost all of the famous landmarks. The daily breakfast was a perfect start to each morning.
