My family loved our stay in Granby! The house was beautiful, clean, perfect location and fully stocked with everything you needed! Loved the sound of the creek behind the house and the decks were the perfect place to bbq, enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise/sunset! The house is close to everything you want. We will definitely stay here again! Loved our stay!

We had a wonderful time staying here. It was a great vacation rental that had everything we needed while visiting from out of town. We were also extremely close to everything in town. Highly recommend and would love to visit again.

Well furnished, clean and enjoyable to stay in. Loved the creek flowing by cabin and watching the fly fishermen.. Seeing a moose from our deck was a bonus.

The house was everything we expected and more. Peaceful location on the Fraser river. The interior of the house is spectacular. Outside space is great and we used both decks. Location is very quiet. Didn't see much wildlife except a bald eagle. The cabin looks small on the outside but had plenty of room for 4 adults. We definitely would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and everything was in good working condition! Only thing is the door lock code on the check sheet might have to be updated!

Nice property. Equivalent to a 3 star. Some areas of the cabin were updated more than others. Could have taken more care with details such as "some bedding" and needs blinds in specific areas of the cabin for privacy. It seems as though other visits from this location us the path next to and at the rear of this specific cabin for passage to the river.

We absolutely loved our stay in this home! It was clean, comfortable, spacious, well appointed, and in a great location. The fly fishing in the river and ponds right in the backyard was incredible! We caught so many beautiful trout. My husband and sons loved that they could just walk right out the door and to an award winning trout river. I loved my morning coffee on the deck with the gorgeous mountain views. The downside was a very nearby train that came through at 3am several mornings but we didn't let it bother us. The pool was also under construction while we were there. But everything else made up for that. We saw amazing wildlife right around the house - a bald eagle, osprey, beaver , deer, and so much more. It was the perfect base camp for all of our adventures in RMNP and the surrounding area!

We stayed here to attend a wedding at the Arapaho Valley Ranch. We are not campers so this was a great alternative for us. Condo is well maintained and in a convenient location. We enjoyed exploring the area and relaxing on the deck alongside the River. Pool was under repair and closed, but that did not affect our stay.

We had a wonderful stay with our two little girls. The rental was very clean and spacious and there was so much to do in the area between spending time in both granby and grand lake as well as the Fraser area. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect place for a family gathering. So close to great stretches of water. Unique town that is so close to the property. Clean home with plenty of room. I would highly recommend the stay.

This property was perfect for our family of four. It had everything we could have asked for, and the communication from the owner and property manager was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Very clean and updated décor. Nice cozy get away for a change of scenery. Centrally located between Winter Park and Hot Sulphur Springs. Amazing windows that showed the mountains and beautiful sunsets. Hoping to take advantage of this property again in the summer so we can fly-fish and enjoy all the outdoor spaces too!

After cancelling a plane ride trip due to Covid and opting for a vacation closer to home instead, this property did not disappoint. It was impeccably clean, the views are to die for and it had everything we needed and more. The location is perfect right between Winter Park and Grand Lake and next to Granby's main street with all the restaurants. We got to explore a little bit of everything. My only feedback is that with an almost 2 year old, the lack of blinds on the top windows in every room made it challenging so we had to put her pack n/ play in the bathroom. We also struggled with the lack of a baby gate for the stairs. However, they had everything else our daughter needed, high chair, child friendly house without a lot of things to break, a playground on site, etc. so we didn't have to worry too much. Thank you for a memorable family vacation in the beautiful Grand County!

Great time. House was clean and well set up for our family with young children. Everything in kitchen we needed. Beautiful. Mattresses were very, very firm. Lots of morning sun caused early risers and tricky for daytime nappers but pack n play fit in bathroom. Location in community was terrific for play at River, fishing and playground. Great for exploring grand county. We went fishing on William fork res, pontoon on Shadow mountain and mountain biking at Winter Park. Loved our stay. Highly recommended.

This home was a perfect fit for us! It was very clean upon arrival and so nicely appointed - everything worked great, plenty of dishes/nicely stocked kitchen cookware, tons of games, and spacious bathrooms and bedrooms with comfortable beds. The view and property was amazing...the Fraser River right out back was so much fun to enjoy and shallow and warm enough this time of year for the kids to wade and play in. The multiple ponds, playground, and places to explore afforded us plenty to do when we wanted to stay put and relax after enjoying Granby and Grand Lake. It’s a great spot and beautiful home. We felt lucky to get out of town this summer and couldn’t have been happier with finding this place. Highly recommended!

Close to everything in the area. The location was beautiful and this home faces the creek and it so relaxing. The home has all you need and it is just perfect. One of the best we have stayed at.

We stayed over the 4th of july and it couldn't have been better! We played every day in the river that was just yards from our property. The kids caught several huge fish in one of the properties ponds. We biked and spent quality family time together. My only criticism is that we had to clean out the grill because the first night we used it the tray was so dirty it caught on fire. We were ok to clean it out so we could use it but felt it should have been done prior to our stay. Overall we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great place for a quick ski weekend! Our son slept on the sleeper sofa so there was no where to get away to, but overall we slept 6 (2 adults and 4 kids) comfortably and the slopes were only a few minutes away....due to that and a lack of locker storage/drop zone for the ski’s, boots, etc at the end of the day are the only reasons I didn’t give this 5 stars. The property was very suitable for this purpose.

This house was great for skiing in Granby Ranch. Nice kitchen & bathroom amenities. Not a ton of sleep while adjusting to the super firm tempurpedic mattresses. But probably good on skiers backs!? It could have been dusted and vacuumed a little more and the ice could have been removed from the upper and lower outdoor decks in order to meet my level of OCD! But the house was overall clean. The only other recommendation is to move the hooks for coats when you walk in the door to the far wall where the stairs go up. I am 5’8” tall and I ran into the hooks multiple times and almost knocked out my 9month old when carrying her - turning the corner to walk up the stairs. Also mention that the hot tub is NOT on the back deck. You will need to drive to the hot tub in order to not freeze on your return. The Hot tub photo in the description is deceiving- making it look like it’s private and on the back deck!! Nope it’s down the street and not private. Besides that- very cute house!

This was an amazing family vacation experience. The property was in a central location to explore neighboring sites. It also made for a great place to relax with all of the amenities of home. I would rate this as the perfect vacation home!!!

My wife and three kids recently stayed at the property. I was initially concerned about it's location being somewhat close to a busy road, but those fears were unfounded as the river and surrounding terrain made the traffic unnoticeable. The kitchen was the best we have experienced while traveling with everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were great to enjoy after spending a day hiking the in the mountains. My only complaint would be a lack of recycling but this is probably more of a reflection on the development complex not the property owners.

The house was just as pictured. We enjoyed everything about it. We did not have any need to communicate with property manager while in the home. Just wanted to let you know we had a great time . Thanks DS.

Great property, kids could swim and we could fish! Close to hiking, fishing, outdoor fun!
