Beautiful house and so well-equipped! Fabulously clean and comfortable and Menerbes is such a beautiful, peaceful village. We will definitely be back as we had the most perfect week. Gordes is well worth a visit especially to the Tuesday Market. The Bistro No 5 in Menerbes is a beautiful place to eat although the food wasn't as good as we thought it would be. Great location for touring Luberon. Great outdoor and indoor spaces. Nicely appointed and owners easy to contact and very responsive with answers to questions. Menerbes a real treat!

Eight family members stayed in the property. We enjoyed our stay and spent a lot of time in the property and around the pool. Annie was very responsive to any issues. The house was comfortable and very well equipped. Several different places for sitting and dining. We either walked or drove to the village every day for shopping or eating.

We rented e-bikes from Sun-E-Bike in Bonnieux (delivered to us) and they had outstanding customer service. There are many fabulous restaurants with gorgeous views at nearby hill towns, including Bistrot le 5 in Menerbes and several in Gordes. There are 4 full bathrooms inside the house and one in the pool house. There are 5 bedrooms in the house; one has a double bed and I believe the other beds are bigger. I highly recommend this lovely home.

Ende August haben wir mit meinen Geschwistern und ihren Familien eine Woche in Annies Villa verbracht. Insgesamt waren wir 8 Personen. Dank der tollen Ausstattung und der schönen Lage war es eine wunderbare und erholsame Woche. Die Villa ist perfekt gelegen, um die schönsten Dörfer und Städtchen des Luberons zu besichtigen, wie beispielsweise Apt, Gordes, Roussillon und Isle-sur-la-Sorgue. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein geräumiges Bad, ist komfortabel ausgestattet und die Betten sind bequem. Auch die Wohnräume sind sehr hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Als HobbyköchInnen haben wir uns sehr über die wunderbar ausgestattete Küche gefreut. Wir hatten nicht den Eindruck in einem Ferienhaus zu sein, sondern in einem Haus von Freunden. Selbst wenn die Villa maximal belegt ist, hat man jederzeit die Möglichkeit, drinnen oder draußen ein ruhiges Plätzchen zu suchen und sich zurückzuziehen. Den großen und schön angelegten Garten haben wir sehr genossen und uns am Pool mit der Sommerküche gerne entspannt. Annie ist eine diskrete und gleichzeitig eine sehr charmante, offene, hilfsbereite und herzliche Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Villa jederzeit wieder mieten.

La maison d'Annie est très agréable, très bien équipée et à 20' à pied du ravissant village de Ménerbes, au coeur du Luberon. Nous y avons passé deux semaines fantastiques en août. Annie est une hôte charmante, qui logeait dans une aile indépendante de la maison. Parfaitement discrète, mais disponible pour nous rendre service lorsque nous en avions besoin. Séjour parfait !

Nous etions 4 familles, nous avions de l’espace, chaque famille avait sa chambre et sa salle de bain - des lieux de vie tres agréables - tres belle cuisine parfaitement équipée - grandes tables pour manger et la piscine sécurisée super avec les petits. La maison a beaucoup de charme à l’interieur et est très bien située - autour de petits villages de la region. Merci à Annie pour ce séjour. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

We stayed at this house for 5 days. The house and grounds are beautiful. It is a great place to stay is you are visiting the southern Rhone Valley or Provence. Close to many hill towns and Avignon. Annie is a great host. Its a great place to stay for up to ten people. We thouroghly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful large house set in peaceful garden, about a 20-minute walk from the center of Mènerbes. Well-equipped kitchen made it easy to take a break from restaurants. Outdoor areas were ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. Annie was a kind and gracious host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property with 2 K and 2 Q Bedroom/Bath ensuites. The Queen bedroom (upstairs) is a separate suite with private sitting room that includes a 5th bedroom with double bed. Annie was so wonderful as our host. We communicated through google translator as my French and her English were an even match. If we needed something, I would email her and she was so quick to take care of it. The location is great for Provence touring. And you are a 5 minute drive from the lovely village of Menerbes. The pool is lovely though we did not use it due to the coolness of the late September afternoons when we returned from touring. The Citadel Winery and corkscrew museum is also 5 minutes away and offers very good wine. The beautiful dining room table seats 8 (or more) and is perfect for eating, enjoying a glass of wine, and reviewing the next day’s itinerary. We enjoyed the home immensely and thought it was an excellent value.

We rented for just a short few days to bring together family members from Ireland, France and Canada! The house was fabulous and met all our expectations. The rooms, and the house generally, were spotless and exactly as advertised. One family member is disabled and was well-accommodated in a main floor bedroom with good access to all dining areas and to the swimming pool which were all wheelchair-accessible. Our group stayed on the property for most of the time we were there where we cooked meals and spend lots of time around the pool! The kitchen was very complete with everything needed for home cooking. The property is on flat land ~15 minutes walk from the lovely village of Ménerbes and restaurants and cafés are close by although we did not use these. We got fresh bread from the village each day!

The 10 of us spent a very enjoyable eight days in Annie’s home. The rooms and beds were spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed cooking in her wonderful kitchen, swimming in the pool and taking long walks in the neighborhood. We did not want to leave! All of us want to return someday to again enjoy this little piece of heaven.

This is the second time in a year that we stayed at this house. I cannot say enough how great, spacious and well appointed it is. The house is plenty big enough for 10 persons. The location is ideal for day trips to all surrounding areas. Annie is so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this house!!!! Great value also!

The house was great - very spacious and well equipped with everything we needed - and located in a beautiful, relaxing area, close to Menerbes and a number of shops/ restaurants. We had 3 small children in our group who loved the garden and the pool. Anni and Jean , the owners, were extremely helpful and friendly - and were happy to help with any requests we had. We were a group of 9 friends (4 couples one single) returning to Menerbes for a one month stay. Knowing the area we knew what to expect but still managed to be surprised by the beauty of this area of Provence. We particularly enjoyed walking into Menerbes and wandering the neighborhood, hiking (you can find books on area hikes at the Super U or online prior to your trip), wine tasting at the many local wineries (Chateau Constantin near Lourmarin and The Domaine de la Citadelle and their Cork Screw Museum were two highlights but the many Caves are great choices as well), exploring the many lovely hill top towns, particularly the smaller villages, and excellent concerts at the Château de Lourmarin (you can find a list of concerts on line) and the Eglise Saint Luc (in Menerbes). And the food of course. We were never disappointed. But, the real highlight of the trip was this house and our wonderful hosts. This is truly a quality home and is beautifully appointed and tended. Annie and Jean live on the site but are very discreet, helpful when needed and otherwise rarely seen or heard. Annie is always great about responding when emailed. The house is both larger (there are five bedrooms,3 with bath, the other 2 share a bath and small sitting area) and even prettier when seen in person, the kitchen has everything you could need and more, there was adequate seating for all of us in each of the main rooms and the many out door spaces were perfect for our large group to gather or spread out. It was quite warm while we were there but the house stayed cool and when home much of our time was spent on the covered porches or at the pool. A previous reviewer started with "LOOK NO FURTHER" and I would agree, this house has everything and the area could keep one happily busy exploring for years. We have rented houses many times and as I noted we have previously rented in this area but, we have never before stayed in such a beautiful home. I highly recommend this home and location. We loved our stay in this beautiful house! It's spacious and comfortable with many beautiful outdoor areas and the pool is wonderful. We arrived late at night after traveling 35 hours and Annie and Jean brought us food and wine since everything in town was closed. They were extremely warm and welcoming and took very good care of us. The house was perfect for our group of friends and had everything we might have wanted. Our few additional requests were met completely and quickly. We enjoyed walking into the center of Menerbes as well as visiting the nearby towns and wineries. We would love to return!

Look no further!!! this house is perfect. The bedrooms are very spacious as are the bathrooms. Nice showers in every bathroom. The kitchen is VERY WELL EQUIPPED. The sliding glass door above the kitchen sink was amazing. Easy to hand your guests the meal. I bring groups to France, Italy and Spain. I do day trips each day and the central location of this house is perfect. I have been to Provence 10 times in the last 10 years. My groups always look forward to being at the house after a day of exploring. This house is very inviting. The grounds are kept immaculate! Beautiful views from the yard of the mountains and Menerbes. Jean and Annie were very welcoming and helpful. One in our group got sick and she made an appointment at the doctor for me and Jean took us there. Very nice!!! We visited the Domaine de la Citadelle winery which is 1 minute from the house. Well worth the visit. One very small drawback is no air conditioning in the main level. There is 2 bedrooms on that level and they do not have AC. It was a little warm for us as we like it on 62 degrees F at our own house but they had fans that we placed around our bedroom. The kitchen and living room were fine without AC. I will definitely stay in this house again. All 8 of us loved it. Thank you Jean and Annie for a wonderful time.

We enjoyed a fabulous week in this spacious house with large garden. The house was equipped with absolutely everything we could have needed and there was masses of space. Would be ideal for one or more families due to the spacious layout and numerous bathrooms. There are two indoor dining areas & 3 outdoor ones, all lovely. The pool terrace was across the garden with plenty of sun loungers, parasols, chairs and its own kitchen, shower & toilet. The property is gated and fenced so suitable for children, the pool is also well fenced and gated. The delightful owners live next door and were helpful when we needed it without being intrusive. They were extremely helpful in providing ramps so we could use a wheelchair throughout the property. There are lots of dining options locally & the village of Menerbes is five minutes in the car (or a 15 minute uphill walk if you are energetic!). The village has bakeries and small shops & there is a supermarket 10 minutes drive away. Very handy for the airport (Avignon ) or the Eurostar stops in Avignon (direct from London). I would not hesitate to recommend you stay here!

We really enjoyed this lovely home near Menerbes. Multiple dining areas, inside and outside. Great kitchen. Perfect location for exploring southern Provence. It was a perfect week!!

Everything about the house was just lovely, you can tell it is a much loved family home. We fully utilised the kitchen and everything we need was there. The girls loved the pool and so did we. Thankyou for letting us stay and create family memories of our own.

We spent a wonderful week with our family of 8 at this beautiful house and property. The owners , Annie and Jean Manzone greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. I planned on cooking most meals and found the kitchen well equipped and very attractive. It was fun going to the market each day in the surrounding villages for fresh produce. The men in our family cooked on the grill each night. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and very comfortable. There were many places to relax within the house. Big living and dining room with TV. Two beautiful patios with comfortable seating. Nice kitchen table area. Wifi throughout the house. Lush green lawn and beautiful pots with flowers everywhere. Gorgeous pool area! Very well equipped and maintained. We took excursions every day and returned in the afternoon to relax and sit by the pool. The house sits in the valley below Menerbes. It was a short drive or nice walk every morning to the boulangerie for fresh bread. There is an assortment of restaurants with varying prices in Menerbes. For our crowed, we enjoyed the Bistro 5 with its spectacular views of the valley and distant villages. Good cuisine at reasonable prices. We are so fortunate to have found this beautiful house and property owned by a charming couple who puts lots of love and care into their home. We couldn't have chosen a more beautiful property and we highly recommend it. This was a true vacation spot. Paradise!

What a wonderful home! We didn't want to leave! All the modern amenities, but still hugely peaceful and traditional. Located on a quiet side street, its very peaceful and private. You can hear the church bells chime in Menerbes on the hillside a mile away. The house itself is huge, and cool even on the hottest days. There are three outdoor dining areas, and we used each one. We especially loved breakfast in the sunny spot outside the kitchen, with fresh bread and croissants from the bakery nearby in Menerbes, 5 minutes away. Everything is immaculate, and the property is perfectly maintained. The pool is large and wonderful, with it's own bathrooms, shower, fridge and stove, as well as a dining area, so you almost have two houses. The kitchen in the house is amazing, with a giant chef's stove, and plenty of space to cook up a storm! It's an ideal spot for day tripping, with the hill towns of Gordes, Rousillion, Menerbes and Lacoste located less than an hour away, and Arles, Avignon and Cassis on the coast just a little further. Located in the market basket of France, fresh fruits, vegetables, wines and olive oils are in abundance everywhere. If you like to cook, or just like to eat, this is the center of the universe. Make sure to visit Domaine de la Citadelle, just five minutes away, and be amazed by how amazingly high quality are being produced almost outside the front door. Go up the hill to Menerbes on Thursday morning for the farmer's market, and come home with home grown produce, cheeses, and olives. Lastly, I can't say enough about the hospitality of our hosts, Jean, Annie and their property manager Roman. Roman met us at the supermarket in a nearby town and guided us in. Annie and Jean build the property, and are the warmest and most loving people you would ever want to meet. I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay there. Even the weather was perfect!
