good location, nice staff

rooms don’t look as nice as on the pictures, some rooms needs renovation

Location was good, staff spoke several languages and were helpful

The room was very small (the door wouldn't open fully as it hit the bed, no room to move around), the bed wasn't very comfortable and the room was very hot as there is no air conditioning. The room needs a bit of renovating or updating. The rest of the hotel was fine, breakfast had quite a good choice of things to eat (more vegetarian options would be welcome). We were disturbed by noise from other rooms as there is not much soundproofing between rooms or floors. The value for money wasn't there but there is room for improvement.

Great location, quiet residential street yet very close to the sea front. Good restaurant, a bit on expensive side considering the level of hotel. Very clean hotel. Friendly staff.

Very little in English language, no menu in English. Predominantly geared for french and dutch speaking tourists. Room is quite basic, no kettle provided but you can ask for one if you like. No fridge in the room.

not having the fridge in the room, I would say the poor choice of the food for breakfast for the money we are paying only for the breakfast. The location was very good, close to the beach and to the center.

For the room, we would expect to have a small fridge. Due to the warm weather, it is nice to have ice cubes or cold drinks after the beach. For breakfast, I would say the choice of the food was expected more variety for the money we are paying. There were no fruits.

Easy access to Plopsaland De Panne (our reason for visiting), beach less than 5 min walk away and corner shops for late night essentials within 5 min walk. Clean and welcoming with one of the comfiest beds I have slept in

Breakfast was good.Location was ok. Bathroom was a bathroom for disabled persons and seemed to have been recently renovated up to a good standard.Floors were also renovated.

There was lots of mildew on the windows!The room itself could do with a proper paintjob.There were cracks in the wall and ceiling paper/paint.There were worn stripes on the walls. Windows could not be left open when the restaurant was open due to bad fumes coming out of the restaurants kitchen.It was very noisy by customers able to slamm their doors.

It was too hot during the night and insects were in the room on the bed((( I could not use my Visa card for payment.

The restaurant was closed for New Year's Eve so unfortunately we were not able to eat there.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Situated in a leafy suburb.

The hotel appearance does not reflect the website. The room I had 203 suffered from noice all night from A/C ventilation coolers. Noise from corridors and rooms above. The room was not as expected, dated and tired. Certainly not worth the price charged when considering charges for parking and breakfast.

Perfect location, near the main street with a lot of shops and restaurants, near the beach and still in the peaceful neighbourhood. Nice garden surrounded by charming old buildings.

Room was very large, clean, bathroom was quite nice, and a 'cosy' shower..

The treatment at the reception was sometimes a bit sloppy.

Our room was a twin bed on last floor nearby the lift and next to the room broom closets so it was very noisy but not their fault if hotel walls are thin :)
