Walk away from metro station. Just use the tram/train/bus to the tourist areas. Close to restaurants & stores. Rooms was small but typical for European room hotels I noticed. I suggested it my friends coming to Paris this year.

The room was tidy, clean and quiet. Located very close to the metro. WiFi worked well the whole time.

Very clean, they clean everyday and you have everything you need in the room. The staff is friendly and the location is so close to the metro.

Its a good location, for those familiar with Paris. Maybe harder for tourists. Staff was pleasant, common areas were tidy. Didn't have breakfast but looked like good value for the price.

So, this is a non smoking facility but people are definitely smoking. The corridors smell like tobacco. My last night the room next to me "hot boxed" it for the whole night. Soundproofing between the rooms is non existant. I could clearly hear the conversations beinh had next door. No real privacy, I didn't feel secure making calls in my room. Really big drawback. Shower door was missing a whole panel, not mentioned at check in Cleanliness overall satisfactory, would suggest the management do more room inspections. Shower area was grimy and moldy, specifically the showerhead and the door.

The room was clean but a bit small, just as described in photos. The bathroom was very clean and housekeeping cleaned it everyday. Check-in was very smooth, it took just 2 minutes. The nearest metro station is about 3 minutes on foot. Overall, the hotel is recommended for a short trip.

Small but clean room. Very comfortable bed, clean white linens, 2 towels per person. I lived on the 4th floor, the noise from the street was not heard. Near the hotel metro, three supermarkets, pharmacy. I didn't take breakfast so I can't comment on it.

The hotel is located in the opposite area from all attractions. I didn't have time to check and I believed the reviews on the site that the location is very convenient. In fact, every day I spent 30-4o minutes on the subway there and the same amount back. There were two rooms next to me and all three rooms had very strong creaking door hinges. Once I was very scared - I thought that someone had come into my room. noise from adjacent rooms was minimal
