Very nice hotel and nice suite. Good breakfast.

The staff at the reception was not really kind, rather the kind of "robot-friendliness" if you know what I mean. Also, the sauna closed at 8:30pm and the staff was not willing to open it for us when we arrived at 8:30. Admittedly, that is not the kind of "service" I usually experience in 4* hotels...

Clean and spacious room. Very nice neighborhood. Staff was also very friendly and professional. The hotel has an excellent restaurant.

The big pro about this hotel is that is situated right next to the schloss park and is also close to the city center. everything in Gotha is at a walking distance. We also enjoyed breakfast on the beautiful terrace, with the very fresh air of the area. Lots of green plants, flowers, very well cared for by the hotel staff.

The breakfast was ok, very clasic with quite few options. The hotel was a little bit under our expectations, considering the price. The hotel is very classic and suited for older people who come here to rest. It is not something the hotel can improve as it is very well suited for the tourists that usually come and stay in this area.

Very nice comfy Hotel in the centre of Gotha with less than 5 minutes walking distance to downtown and the castle. The staff was super friendly. And I can also recommend the Hotel restaurant serving local and typical thuringian food but in a modern way.

In general a double bed should not be two beds pushed together. They were very nice beds, but when trying to snuggle and other things, someone falls in the crack. Between the beds that is.

As always, very friendly staff. You feel welcomed.

The rooms are large, modern and clean. The location could not be better. The restaurant is also great.
