Breakfast is good, the room was clean and functioned well, the balcony view was pleasant

Restaurant was not open in the evening (though to be fair, food was available in the bar), no free parking, some hotel decor a little dated

it was so clean and comfortable rooms. hotel workers are kind and helpful people. the only problem was heating is not enough even Germany’s cold weather. thank you Plaza Hotel for everything see you next time

The scrambled eggs and bacon were OK. The beds were comfortable.

The swimming pool is under renovation and this information was not published on the website. We booked the hotel because of his swimming pool for our son and there was not such option. Also it was not clear that the parking has a fee of 4 EUR per day.

Nice view on the rest of the city. Bathroom nice and large with a bath-shower combo, large mirror with lighting and blow dryer. Sleeping area spaceous and enough tablespace available. 3 Seperate single beds available, so no pullout-couch or anything subpar. Nice to have a decent bed for all 3 of us in the same room.

Check-in was very slow. We had to wait in (a very busy) que over 45mins to checkin which isn't a nice thing when you have an injury (making it hurt to stand for so long). Taking a seat would mean we lose our spot in the que. There's insufficiënt parking space available to provide one per room in the hotel, so we had to wait quite a bit until someone else left to take their spot. Parking also expensive. It's further from shopping area/city center than expected. About a 15-20min walk to get there.

Unpleasant service, payed parking, smell, soiled carpet, mold in bathroom, double overcharging for room.

The Location was excellent and the beds were quite comfortable.

The room/hotel is in need of an update. It is all very old which is OK but due to its age also very dirty. There was a giant stain in the carpet that apparently would not come out. For the price, I had expected more.

This hotel is exceptionally worn and old. you can imagine it was a luxury hotel in the 1979s/80s but it hasn’t had any love for a long time

Everything was tired. The decor, the outside paintwork, the rooms.
