Everything was exactly as described. Loved the hotel so much. The room is a bit small but totally fine as we barely spend a total of 1 waking hour in the room. The beds were very comfortable, and they had a nice thing of having 4 types of pillows for you to choose from, which is amazing!! They have a luggage room in the lobby in case your checkin or checkout is in odd hours. I would def stay here again. 10 min walk from the main square. Lime and bolt scooters just 3 minutes away. Grocery store just around the corner, 1 minute away.. loved my stay. Easy checkin and checkout. Receptionists were all very sweet and spoke good english.

It's not very important but for a 4-star hotel. There was no tissue box in the bedroom.

This hotel is in a great location and has parking available. The reception and bar area are modern. The bedrooms are perfect with comfortable bed. Great breakfast choice. Perfect hotel

Size of the double bed is to small. About 120-130 cm.

The furniture was relatively new and the room was nicely cleaned. room has fridge and water boiler (for tee and coffee). The street noise and the elevated trainline 5m behind the building was not audible (my room was facing the street not the trainline in the back).

The hotel advertises itself on booking that it has parking place (that's what I filtered for), but when I arrived, it turned out that they don't have any. You can go to the nearest parking houses if there are free places. the closest one is 200m away (but it's always full). Realistically you will most likely have to go to the other, 600m away. You only get a few euro per day discount in these, which doesn't cover the extra cost of the more pricey hotel compared to similar options in the old town, where parking is organized in the same way... The noise from the neighboring room was clearly audible.

Hotel is clean and new. Location not bad, easy walk from either train station or Old Town

One and tiny bathroom in the room for 4 people. No space to hang towels for all people after using them. Extremely thin walls. You hear people in other rooms. Windows not closing well so you hear outside noise or even smell cigarettes smoke (people smoked just under our windows). Breakfast choice very poor. It is 3 star hotel service. Overpriced for what it is

Great location in the centre of the old Town. Room was very comfortable, clean and the staff were super efficient and friendly. Excellent choice for breakfast and easy checkout when leaving. Taxi can be booked at reception and everything runs smoothly

I can honestly say there was nothing to dislike about this hotel

We stayed here for 5 nights, and from the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with open arms. The staff at the hotel are super professional, helpful and courteous. Tomas was outstanding and helped us out on a number of occasions, nothing was too much trouble for him. Karolina also helped us out with questions that we raised ( her English was perfect ) and she was super polite… both great ambassadors for Ascot premium.The hotel itself, is probably the cleanest and well maintained we’ve had the pleasure of staying in. The location is great, it’s tucked away on a very quite street no more than a quarter of a mile from the city’s town square. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Krakow… Thank you guys, it was an absolute pleasure
