Il personale, in qualsiasi zona ci si trovi è sempre sorridente e cortese, a partire dal receptionist a tutti gli addetti in cucina.

Purtroppo la casa era infestata dalle formiche ed una delle sere ci siamo ritrovati anche una lucertola dentro la stanza, nonostante tenessimo sempre tutte le finestre chiuse appositamente, parlando con altra gente ci hanno raccontato che a loro è accaduto anche peggio ritrovandosi addirittura delle blatte nella stanza. Non è incluso nessun tipo di servizio in camera e non è presente nemmeno il condizionatore, grave pecca considerando il calore che c’è sia di mattina che di sera a tenerife. Inoltre noi abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione, ma per 9 giorni c’è stata una monotonia di piatti incredibili, sempre le stesse cose da mangiare, non cambiava mai.

Super Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet. Nettes Personal, das sehr bemüht ist. Gemütliche Betten, ruhige Umgebung.

Badezimmer in schlechtem Zustand (rostige Wanne, starker Kanalgeruch), kein funktionierendes WIFI am Zimmer, Fernseher am Zimmer jedoch ohne Signal. Außenbereiche schmutzig - es lag 2 bis 3 Tage derselbe Müll auf den Wegen

The room was clean the pools was nice and the people where very helpful.

The WiFi was not in the rooms only in reseption.

The food was lovely, but the apartment was awful. The bathroom was actually dirty and dingy. There was dirt on the tiles the looked like phlegm. It was horrendous, the whole apartment in itself was dirty and dated. We come to Los Cristianos a few times a year and like to try new places but would never recommend this place.

As above, also the pool area looked dirty as well.

The food was very good every day and most of the staff was familiar because we are regular customers.

I am disable and we had a room in a bad position were people was passing close to the window of our bedroom with luggages day and NIGHT. The water in the swimming pools is Never been tested during the days and probably not even changed,we saw the man INSIDE the water cleaning with a sponge and a product the dirty tiles on the line and my 6years old daughter this time since she was there she started to develope a severe allergic reaction to the eyes lungs and skin that we didn’t know if was from the poison for cockroaches around or dust,we actually found out from the doctor that she developed there a severe contact dermatitis caused by pool chlorine and other chemicals. The staff knew about it because a couple of time she was crying for the pain at the miniclub and they had to bring her back to our room.Is one month now since our return home and she didn’t fully recover yet. As a family we have also been disapointed about some member of entertainment staff on Training (a blond lady with reading glasses) not having proper respect when approaching the husband of our family. People don’t spend 2.000£ to go one week on a family holiday to see staff memebers trying to flirt with their wife/husbands (passando por cornos). There is a difference between being “friendly” and being “flirty” and a professional employed Must know the line that need to be respected or the hotel will lose their customers. Our child also was expecting to take part and pictures on some special night show like the man with snakes or the ones with parrots but there was noone. Nothing special really. On top of that many apartments around us has been rented to a school that had the tenagers outside their doors and outside our bedroom shouting up to 1/2 IN THE NIGHT and when i contacted the reception for a complain in the night the unsware is been “nothing i can do,at the end they have paid to be on holiday too” i think this is just reddicoulos. My husband doesn’t want to come back anymore.

Rigtig god beliggenhed. Roligt område. Fin pool. Dejligt stort badeværelse og ren lejlighed. Fine, velholdte udeområder. Dejlig stor , solrig terrasse.

Lejligheden fremstod ret slidt, men ret velholdt.
