Breakfast, unhelpful staff when handbag was stolen from the hotel lobby

The hotel is very clean and modern, close to the beach and restaurants. We had a room with balcony with a wiew of the beach, it was so nice. The rooftop bar was great.

I asked for a 2 bed room as i was going to be travelling with a friend and we were just stopping at the hotel overnight. Very difficult to book a 2 bed room in advance. Beds jammed together as the room generally was quite small. Restaurant staff were a bit snappy in the morning

A well-located hotel, close to the beach and on the main "drag" through Castelldefels. Close to restaurants, etc. Beds are large and comfortable.

I had a room on the 1st floor, with essentially no view and which smelled of drain. Not so pleasant. The lighting system in the room is over complicated, although a single switch to turn everything off was welcome. Probably not so many people get up at 7am on a Saturday, but "Breakfast starts at 7am" was not entirely true, as most of the breakfast selection came out of the kitchen when I'd already had my coffee, juice and toast (stale bread...?), at about 7.20. Just a niggle really.

A very nice hotel directly at the beach. Everyone was very friendly and the food was tasty too. I would definately recommend a stay there.

Very good view, very good breakfast, good beds

The room smelled in quite a strange way, probably due to restaurant below. The smell was coming from climatisation and/or some strange open tunnel in the bathroom (which could be closed). May be a rainy day added to this smell. Only during the second day the smell started to disappear. Apartment not very clean, no complementary water.. Still it was much better than the earlier room we rented a couple of days before where the blinds broke (so window was covered with no view) and only an extended exchange at the reception resulted in the substitute room.. Too stressful for 4-star hotel.

Good service, comfortable beds and amazing terrace and directly on the beach. Amazing rooftop terrace, amazing view, great breakfast too.

The first room was super small, no place for the luggage so we had to upgrade to have a bigger room. Was an extra $30 Euro

This is my 4th time coming back to Bel Air.lt was really nice seeing the old very friendly staff again after 2 years of pandemic. I would like to say thank you to Fred,Jane,Oscar at reception for their warm friendly welcome smile . Not forgetting the lovely lady at breakfast l forgot her name always remembered to give me a bigger cup for my coffee. The renovations are superb and the added rooftop bar is amazing with beautiful sunset views. Definitely Bel Air is always mum summer gateway. X

it was nice but we had to change rooms and the second room had a weird oder.

This up-to-date hotel is located on the beach. It was the perfect location for our last day before flying back to the states. The airport was just a 10 min drive away which made it very convenient to return our rental car and avoid the busy traffic of Barcelona city. We spend an afternoon on the beach. Towels provided by the hotel. We had a delicious dinner in their restaurant which was top rated but pricey.

If you are not able to get a parking spot for your car in their parking lot you may have to park in the street.
