Pool used by lots of people from outside hotel especially on their way back from beach so residents couldn’t get sunbed and or enjoy pool.water looked not clean. Air conditioning packed up for week, you would think a big hotel chain could sort it out somewhat quicker… was given a portable one after asking 3 times. however noise from that also made sleep hopeless. Not great when you go on holiday to relax.Booked through hotel airport private transfer 150 euros you share a small minivan with other guests and no legroom not quite a private transfer on return. You have to keep asking for things to be refilled at breakfast despite staff milling around. Perish the thought they thought to check everything was ok. I never have had to leave such a poor review before but simply it’s not up to scratch by a long way. Avoid.

Overall it was pleasant. The staff were very nice. The AC was not cool enough, despite various calls to reception nothing happened. The room was uncomfortably warm despite the AC control at max, We asked for someone to come to the room but nothing happened. The big issue was breakfast. It was chaotic and a free for all. No social distancing and no supervision. Staff didn't wear gloves and handled everything. We raised the issue with someone who seemed in charge but he was uninterested or untrained and just thanked us for informing him. The breakfast was a buffet and there were tongs to use but everyone shared them. There was an egg station which meant cooking your own eggs. I have never seen such a thing and even children were allowed to cook their eggs. Pandemic or not this was simply dangerous and slowed everything down. There was plenty of room and the whole thing could've been spaced out, in our opinion it was a breeding ground for infection.

Great room with big terrasse. Very clean and comfy. Nice and helpful staff. Few steps away from the beach.
