La insonorización: NEFASTA. El servicio de habitaciones a las 09:00 h de un domingo pasando la aspiradora en otras habitaciones, pasando con el carro de arriba a abajo, charlando en un tono bastante alto...vamos, perturbando el descanso del resto de huéspedes. El "encanto" de las habitaciones, como he leído en otros comentarios, y que personalmente no es para tanto; es una habitación pequeña, con muebles de otra época, y poco mas. Pues esa posible nota positiva la supera con creces el poco respeto por el descanso de los ocupantes. Motivo mas que suficiente para no volver.

The hotel is in a very good location, and there is a secured parking where you can park motorbikes. Staff were lovely and spoke very good english!

Staff were wonderful, always helpful and they made our visit a pleasure. The hotel location is excellent being central and overlooking park. Nice breakfast. Good facilities for relaxing during the day.

Great location to walk to the old town and the many bars and restaurants. There is also a secure garage for motorbikes and cars, just a little hard to find for the first time. Staff were very good and patient with us as we battled with the language, although they spoke much better English than we spoke Spanish.
The breakfast was a little basic and didn’t really set you up for the day. But other than that everything was good.

Great central location, on street parking outside, although across the park opposite for a small charge is secure garage parking. Breakfast limited but adequate, Jaca is a good place to explore from here.

Location, the room and the staffs. The hotel is right in the center of the town, short walking distance to everything. Lots of little bars and restaurants within 5 mins of walk. The room has high ceiling and bigger than I expected. The beds are super comfortable. It's always clean and smells good. The staffs are super nice and friendly, super helpful. They make the hotel experience beyond wonderful.
If I have to pick something.....nothing, really.

The hotel had lots of character. The location was great. Staff and service were excellent. It was very clean and comfortable. Coffee and breakfast made our mornings easy.
On some days air conditioning would have been helpful.

Miserable, small, old beds. Dirty bathroom even upon checking in. Room did not correspond to the advertised pictures (during the booking procedure).

bathroom was dirty as was floor dust under radiators etc. very small complimentary washing provided. shower ran too hot. plug hanging out of wall, beds soft, floorboard loose and toilet broken.

Lovely hotel with large beautiful rooms. Beautiful location right across from the park and citadel, and just a half block walk to the old town. I appreciated being a little away from the noise and bustle. The staff were beet friendly and helpful.
It would have helped to have a bit more substantial breakfast and we would have been happy to pay more. One piece of toast didn’t last us that long, and it was challenging to get breakfast on our own without a sit-down at a cafe.
