the stuff was nice

it was loud every night, it was like i was in a zoo. screaming, yelling, fighting.. the room was really dirty. we had breakfast and dinner, there was a lot of food but it wasnt good, it all tasted the same.

The location is very central and right next to the beach.

The entrance to the hotel is not marked anywhere. It took us atleast half an hour to find the hotel as we had got our car. There was no board or anything to guide us to the entrance.

no sound proof in rooms, could even hear other rooms at toilet. noisy cleaners every morning, even entering room as no do not disturb signs. not able to eat own stuff by pool, b n b and paid a lot to stay so shouldn’t be told can’t eat own crisps round pool!

Breakfast was amazing. So much choice and great value. Location was superb ,so close to everything. We all said we'd stay again. We were able to check in early and didnt have to book breakfast. Check in process and general service at the hotel bar was slow and shame you cant eat your own food around the pool but stays nice and clean as a result.

Amazing service from staff. Lovely pool areas. Room was lovely and clean. Fantastic location. Would definitely stay again!

The hair dryer was very dirty and sticky couldn't even use it but luckily had our own hair dryer so wasn't an issue!

The Location was amazing! 2min from the beach and the main bars. The Breakfast Buffet was very various und tasty!! The rooms matched the description.

it’s on the strip, it’s a 5 minute walk to the beach & loads of different restaurants. the breakfast was also nice.

1. the room I was placed in had a funny smell in the bathroom and the room itself. 2. There was stains on the wall, on the toilet seat and in the toilet bowl itself. 3. The sheets were paper thin, so I had to request for something thicker. They gave me a quilt with no quilt cover, so godknows who used it before me and how it possibly could’ve been washed. 4. the room doesn’t come with an iron, when asked for one they said it would be €23 in cash. The €20 is a deposit and the €3 would be for the whole night. 4. I was on 5th floor, 506 to be specific. the views aren’t pretty and it’s very noisy in the mornings as that’s when the bin men come and collect the bins and the glasses etc. SO NOISY. 5. You’re not allowed to take food up to your room! in the morning, when all the seats are taken up to eat you’d have to wait until one became free. Outside is really cold in the mornings so usually no one would want to sit out there. 6. the door wouldn’t even shut properly, which is a big safety risk, esp as I was on the same floor as lots of drunk boys.

Only one minus: the dinner was not very tasty and for the drinks you need to pay

Breakfast was really nice. That was the only decent part about the hotel and its facilities.

The hotel was dirty. When we arrived we were put into a dirty smelly room which luckily we were able to move, however when moving we were moved to a noisy neighbour who would be partying until all hours keeping us awake all night.
