Хороший отель, Быстрое заселение. Номер, как на фото, балкон с сушилкой для белья. Хороший напор воды. Кондиционер работал хорошо. В номере чайник. Много полок для вещей. Большая ванная комната.Бассейн чистый, приятное дополнение гидромассаж в пещере. Лежаков достаточно. До хорошего пляжа порядка 600 м. Вода кристальная. Дно большие камни и песок. Отдельная благодарность работникам ресторана. Еда разнообразная, быстрая рассадка и уборка столов.

Уборка в номере не очень, В углах комнаты практически не убирают. В бассейн приходят с матрасами и кругами, что ограничивает пространство.

La limpieza en general de todo , habitaciones,estancias,servicios,comedor.... etc. Y el personal tanto del hotel como los integrantes del grupo de animación, excelente grupo profesional. Quisiera destacar la amabilidad y profesionalidad de las señoras de la limpieza.

No tengo nada destacable que comentar.

Lifts were bad. Not much room around pool and people were annoyingly putting towels on sunbeds and not using them!

The breakfast here was the best I have had in a long time, there is something there for everyone! The family entertainment at night was really good . The pools were large and the kids one is great! It’s a quiet location in Benidorm but within 10 minutes walk of the strip and Levante beach. There are bars, restaurants and supermarkets on the door step. Everyone really enjoyed the stay. Roberto on reception was so welcoming and friendly and I really enjoyed his humour, he really suits well to this family orientated hotel .

Staff can be rude regarding payments for food/drinks. My father had bought some cans of beer from the bar and because it was so hot and the ice melted he returned to the bar shortly afterwards to ask for more ice and he felt accused of bringing his own drink in, he was followed and watched by a staff member to check if he was taking drinks from a supermarket in. On another evening we decided to have dinner in the restaurant and the lady at arrival repeatedly shouted that we hadn’t paid despite us telling her we want to pay. It was embarrassing and unnecessary, we were standing in the que where she had sent us to pay. We heard from other gusts that they also had experiences like this with staff and found it unpleasant too. The lift is terrible
