On our check-in we were given an upgraded room with it's own quiet private entrance, private hammam and a huge bathroom. Although it was somewhat unexpected as we hoped to stay in more of a traditional style room, we really enjoyed the stay and the spacious lounge in the room, bathroom and a small garden area outside the room. It was very peaceful and quiet, beds very super comfortable and we slept very well. Our room was cleaned daily to a very high standard, with very thoughtful and lovely touches left by the maid, e.g. the petals on the bed - it was a pleasure to come back to such beautifully prepared room at the end of the day. Breakfast was superb, very fresh with a good choice; service and staff were absolutely amazing, very attentive and friendly. We loved the facilities in the hotel, beautiful Riad-style garden and pool, with clever planting and seating which made the atmosphere very zen and cool. The rooftop pool was also good, but a bit smaller and noisier due to vents etc. The hotel has a good variety of great restaurants, the food is delicious and we would travel and stay there just for that. We also enjoyed multiple bar areas and the spa which had a good variety of treatment options and very good massage therapists.

The safe in the room didn't work and we had call on a number of occasions for someone to come over and fix it. It also some time for hammam to be set. Wifi connection was patchy and not great in our room - but was fine in the rest of the hotel areas. The room looked very modern and recently refurbished, but I would expect a higher stardard for the finish in a 5 star hotel - the edging of some furniture was a bit scruffy with wood looking chipped (which is not what I would expect in a very modern style room). The area behind the sliding door looked rough and unfinished; the door hinges were very squeaky! But other than that we had no complaints and we had a lovely stay.

Beautiful hotel that really lives up to its 5 stars. Amazing staff, we loved the Kuutoubia suite, the roof top pool, the Sky Bar and the piano bar and the staff were amazing

El riad es espectacular y los detalles de muebles y decoración son preciosos. Hay muchos rincones, salas, salones y restaurantes para poder estar cómodamente si se quiere estar fuera de la habitación. Las dos piscinas son un plus y las habitaciones son muy grandes y cómodas. Las camas son grandes y muy cómodas también. El personal de limpieza que atendía nuestra habitación fue amabilisimo. La ubicación a escasos 2 minutos de la Plaza es probablemente lo mejor de todo. Imbatible.

El ruido de la música del Bar se oye hasta un poco demasiado tarde. El desayuno está bien pero pagar 17€ por él me parece caro. El café no está muy rico. Mejor pedir té. El personal es un poco demasiado agresivo pidiendo propina. En el desayuno nos pidieron que dejáramos la propina a ellos y no en recepción, la señora que limpiaba la entrada también pidió propina. No nos había pasado nunca en un hotel de 5*

Great location in the heart of Marrakesh. Spacious rooms and great staff. Very good value for money.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, after a few days in the atlas mountains and not feeling the best, it was a welcomed space of luxury and comfort. I had one of the best nights sleep of my life at this hotel and the staff are so professional and lovely. I also used the spa which was an amazing experience and very reasonable for high quality treatments. The pool is beautiful and the perfect tempterature for hot days but can be chilly for those who are succeptible to the cold! (I personally loved it)

The hotel is well located within walking distance of most of Marrakech's main attractions. Staff very nice and helpful.

Fantastic location right in the centre near the Madina, The hotel is like a hidden paradise. Great pools, bars and restaurants, lots of choice. We were also very kindly upgraded to a suite which was a real bonus.

The staff around the pool could of been a little bit more attentive. apart from this everything was great.

The hotel is an oasis of peace. The staff is very kind, helpful when there was a problem (especially the one at the reception). I received a gorgeous room and thanks again for the surprise for my birthday.

The food at the moroccan restaurant was a bit too sweet for our tastes.

Excellent location in the Medina. Traditional feel with excellent service.

Wi-fi was OK but sometimes fell away.

The hotel is clean and spacious. The beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the coffee, tea and orange juice was excellent. The staff were extremely polite, good natured and very helpful.

It would have been nice to have tea/coffee provided in the room. There was distinct odour from either from the toilet or drain (although not continuously). I did report this to the reception and they dealt with it. The choice for vegetarians/vegans is extremely limited. However, this seems to
